A beautiful reserve with mature tree plantings masses of spring flowering bulbs and arguably the most attractive and appealing country cricket ground in Canterbury. Plenty of history too as it was the site of ready money Robinsons mansion house. Several good walking trails with information and views.

The Cheviot Domain has history, lovely walks and lots of Spring bulbs flowing in September. It is definitely worth a visit.

Stunning place for a walk or a picnic.Even better when our local cricket team the Magpies are playing on these beautiful grounds.Spent many an afternoon relaxing in the sun on a Saturday.

Fantastic cricket oval in the middle of the domain. Great place to stop and have lunch and rejuvenate before heading south. Lovely old trees and great walks too.

就在鎮的中心，很小，就是一堆樹，沒有甚麼特別的，一般人會到Cheviot也是因為此地就在凱庫拉和基督城的中心，車子開久了，可以在這邊休息一下，這是一個很小的陣，沒有特別的景點。

Most people visit Cheviot because its on the way between Christchurch and Kaikoura. If you are travelling that way stop at the weekend Cheviot market and buy some local handmade goods. I don't recommend swimming in the Jed River but do explore the area.

Sure it's just a reserve but it's a great spot to take a wander or a picnic. A little bit of local history is displayed at the cricket club pavilion and the 'ruins' of the old homestead. But I enjoy getting lost in the trees - there are many different pockets to explore down the mystery tracks and you can take your dog. The daffodils in springtime are something special!

have visited several times over the past years and enjoy the Spring, Summer and Autumn there. Site of the original Cheviot homestead of which only the foundations remain. The Mature trees are a highlight. The walking trail is a loop from the nearby town of Cheviot and can take a couple of hours
