I found this hotel (newly refurbed I may add) pleasant . The reps were so very helpful. Went with two young children family room was well presented and styled could have been cleaner but it’s a three star complex . The pools on offer are great value and small sea views . Found bar staff little rude but except that I saw this as a good all round cheap get away. It’s a three star and there newer part is at least a 4. Food is what you’d expect edible and ok but not amazing .
Quiet location- nice beach area. Laundry service and room extensions available for late flights I found them accommodating. All round nice holiday .

The lobby bar no longer exists. This was a real let down. There was a pool bar which was fine for the day but not a great place to sit on an evening. It was a bit scruffy and just needed a coat of paint as people had scratched their names into the paint on the sitting area bar... classy!
So many other guests were complaining about the lobby bar being closed. We feel it was misrepresentation as it clearly shows the lobby bar stocked on the First Choice site and it states on the hotel site the lobby bar opens at 8pm. We mentioned it to the rep who said it’s the main negative feedback she gets and keeps mentioning it to the Manager.
Food was good, breakfast and lunch fine but dinner was a bun fight and the restaurant wasn’t a place to sit and relax.
We went out to a number of other restaurants and bars in the evening for the atmosphere and to eat a relaxing meal.
The room was clean and beds comfy. Shower always hot.
Pool area fine for the day and to sun bath. The pool/handy man worked very hard keeping the pool and surrounding area clean.
The hotel is in a good location.

Its part of the Lobby now. I was there for two weeks.
Apart from the coffee machine and drinks dispence machine on the counter there is no bar.

We are only giving this holiday 5 stars because of the excellent holiday reps.
Charley,Matilda and titjana made our holiday amazing we were lucky to have all 3 reps but where ever they go next they will make your holiday awesome to. Very friendly and amazing with the kids.
As a hotel all staff where very friendly rooms cleaned daily.
Great activities to do you wont be bored.
Left with great memories.

Currently still here looking for a flight home. The worst thing of all is the food. Sub standard. Always cold and the same thing day in day out. Currently living on chips and pizza which seem the safest Bet. All inclusive but finding it's best to eat out. The restaurant is plagued with wasps. The rooms are deceiving to what you see when you book online. Very basic. The shower goes hot and cold and never holds temperature. Maids do a good job on keeping them clean but extremely small and full of rust and lime scale in the shower. The drinks are all good. Another point is the on site reps are awful. They want to do a good job but the shows they put on are sub standard to say the least. Best night was when the had a live Greek band. One night they just shoved on a film for the guests to watch !!!! Apart from that we just down loaded a movie on the iPad and went to our room by 930pm... would not return here ever... please do your self a favour and pay a little extra and go somewhere else..... 1 star but only because the weather was good...

Arrived the Sunday afternoon a d shown to our lower floor room which not only smelt of rubbish and had bugs on the the floor but also had a door that did not close over unless locked
Asked to be moved and was given a room on 3rd floor. Looked better. Went to the toilet but bathroom so small you coukd not really shut the door if you needed to sit down. Sink would not empty as was blocked . Y bed had two rolled up pieces of magazine under the legs as they were toshort. No wardrobe space. Pool was faulty as were Jacuzzis. Food was ok . Constantly ran out of alcohol . There was nothing really good about the place tbh except for the shop next door. Keep away from this place

Let me start on a high kalamaki is awesome!!! Food shops best in whole of Greece. Why did i book all inclusive i dont know. Cava dor beds awful drinks worse ive had all inclusive. Get a good self one more thing you cant get any food after 2100hrs and thompson call this a 3☆plus !!!

had week here august great bar relaxed area its all inclusive doesnt open till 8pm but they have a pool bar great friendly bar staff cant fault them

we met friends there only had one drink ,,found it quiet but it was the September 2013 and i guess during the seaso propper it will be lively but it was clean and Nice and friendly
