Had a great massage with Sammy! Very professional therapist that listened and delivered , giving me the deep tissue massage i wanted and focused on the areas of tension i had told her troubled me.

Booking system needs improvement for UK guests

This looked like the perfect option when thunderstorms were predicted. We tried to book treatments online but payment didn’t work. We emailed them and received a prompt reply to say they would make the reservations and we were really happy. When we arrived, they only had one of the four treatments we wanted booked and had no availability to add them. My daughter took the treatment and had a nice manicure. We were able to use the pool facilities which were fine but there are no signs to get to the pool and the lockers were out of order. You also have to wear swimming hats. Overall we enjoyed it and were glad to be out of the rain. It was a nightmare trying to get a taxi home and the staff didn’t seem very helpful. After asking again, they did try and call a company but they didn’t respond.

Recommended by a local which is always a good sign. Amazing spa including pool, hammam, jacuzzi, sauna and more. All spotlessly clean (and not too busy which is how I like my spas!). Then went for the most amazing massage I have ever had in my life - Ioanna is a miracle worker!!! It’s like she has a special radar for where there are any knots and tension! Thank you!

Had a full body massage from Samy.. It was a relaxing experience. She helped me relax the tight Calf muscles, Lower back and shoulder. And she did recommend some stretching exercises for the future 👍. Thanks Samy.
