WOW experience.

So we came for a spa massage after a week of hectic wedding preps and a good fall after soap football(you know how that hurts 😁). We booked a couple aromatherapy spa which was done by Maya and Suzy. We've love getting a massage and have done it at all destinations India/ Abroad and five star hotels like The Oberoi. I am so happy and relaxed and stress free after the massage. It was so soothing and did the perfect for a parent of two (one a young budding toddler boy). My experience was WOW. Maya had the perfect heat in her palms to add to the comfort of the massage. Now you made our Day 1 at Pondicherry great. Thank you 💖😊

Bogus massage and waste of money

I am surprised how this massage centre is able to survive in Pondicherry. Once you pay your money they forget you. I paid 2000₹ for so-called sweadis massage. That was neither massage nor any thing else. If you have extra money and no expectations then you can go there.

Do not visit this place. They beds are covered with white sheets which had oil stains on it. The towels were literally brown in colour, not at all washed properly. Hygiene level is absolutely zero. The place has a horrible smell. Also the girl who was going to do my massage allotted me a room and asked me to change. Where the manager just walked in without knocking. Left that place immediately.

Went as a couple (big mistake to do in Pondicherry), expecting some pampering time for my partner. Looks like all of of their staff are adept at handling a different type of crowd and may be they were expecting unruly customers only . The whole time every one was frowning and irritable - right from the Receptionist to the therapists. Forget customizing your couple massage to your tastes - their frown was so weird we just silently finished our massage and laughed our way out.
VFM - no ways, there are better and nicer facilities at cheaper costs.
Massage - ok, ok... not that great, not bad too.
And like their Chennai counterpart TripAdvisor pages - the photos shown above have no semblance or connection to the actual facility.

Not at all as expected

My boyfriend and I walked in to get a massage. From the look of the reception area and the 'menu' of treatments it looked very professional and a relaxing place. This first impression changed as I entered the room. It was a matress on the floor partly covered with a sheet and what I hope was a miscloured towel (it basically looked dirty). Everything looked dirty and it was hard to relax with this ambience. We had already paid before going upstairs so I tried to make the best of it. I had a Swedish massage for 60 minutes and it was an average massage and overpriced. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage and it was not as expected and not worth the price paid. We did not read the reviews here before going, but after I have read them here, I mmamust admit that I am very confused about all the good reviews. In my opnion it was not a relaxing place with good ambience for a massage and the treatment was average.
