Beautiful park with cafe, swimming pools, bbqs, picnic tables and plenty of benches. Really lovely place and not too crowded.

Good location with the 25m pool or the netted swim area on a nice day calling! After heavy rains it was a bit dirty with runoff etc so I left it to the hardy, plus the pool is closed on public holidays. The grounds are mostly level with steps or paths down to the waters edge, so access is not a problem. Plenty of picnic seats plus BBQ's but limited shade areas if not early. There is an onsite cafe or the pub up the road. All round a nice spot to stroll or relax and let the kids play on the equipment. People have been enjoying the grounds since the 1800's and still do today!!

Amazing place, views are fabulous. Attended a family wedding marriage on the hill and reception at the Black Fish Cafe from 4pm till late. The food was excellent. Canapés, wine & beer. Entrees of Watermelon pieces, feta and quinoa and spaghetti marinara. Mains were alternate salmon and crispy pork belly to die for. Music and dancing till late.
Staff were so courteous, helpful and gave their full attention.

We come here every now and then because its just a beautiful spot surrounded with water, nice trees, good options for kids toddler up to 10 or 12 year olds id say)to play and a nice coffeeshop close by. There is a public pool there too but it seemed a bit too crowded when we were there so didnt go in. Good spot for a family chill out.

Fairly regularly walk there from home with friends. It's in our local walking area and we love it. It is safe, interesting, restful and calming. There is a great playground for littlies and older kids. There are electric BBQ's, picnic tables and also plenty of ground room. You can sit and watch the river and its traffic, or just sit and read, or walk, or talk.

Walk, drive or cycle here. Plenty of room with BBQ's and cafe if you don't want to cook. Great little hidden gem with not much crowd.

Paths, a playground and lawns at the bottom beside the quiet Georges River, a hill in the middle with lovely climbable rocks and a picnic area, and a pool and sea baths in the north overlooking the historic rail bridge. A very pleasant suburban park overall.

Beautiful park grounds, great area for kids. You can walk or cycle around the park, there's a pool and also a netted baths with a beach. Plenty of barbques but make sure you get there early. There's not a lot of parking there. We parked at Oatley and walked over the Como Bridge then headed to Como Pub for lunch and walked back. It's a very easy walk.This really is a lovely spot for a picnic.

Really love this park - only discovered it recently although I’ve been living in the area for years!
It’s perfect for kids. There’s a footpath that goes around for those who are riding bikes. Playground is great for toddlers - they even have the baby swing.
And definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at the Blackfish cafe while you’re there!
