This is a very scenic place.
After the entrance arch, we find a beautiful fountain.
From the walls, you can see in the distance the Church of San Pietro and the ruins of the ancient castle.

Beautiful place not to be missed in Tuscania. As soon as you enter, you will be surprised by the sensational view of the valley below with the church of San Pietro in the background and part of the old town of Tuscania on the left. The well-kept grass, a beautiful tree that provides shade with its foliage, an almost bucolic place where children play and have fun. Of note is the original marble clock placed on the grass where you can see the time with your own shadow. The park continues laterally with the ancient walls that surround this beautiful town. Absolutely worth visiting!

Beside the tower that gives its name, you can enter in the park over the ancient walls with a beautiful view toward the two ancient churches of Saint Peter ant Saint Mary together with the ruins of the Castle

Questo parco è godibilissimo sotto molti aspetti; segue in parte il percorso delle mura con una piacevole passeggiata nel verde, con panchine e muretti per sedere e un bel prato curato e pulito, poi c'è il colpo di scena: uno slargo con vista strepitosa sulla valle, i resti del castello e la chiesa di san Pietro. Qui c'è anche un piccolo anfiteatro. Si esce vicino alla torre ma si potrebbe scendere ancora più in basso; questo tratto iniziale è pianeggiante e facilmente accessibile, ci ho visto persone di tutte le età passeggiare serenamente, godersi la vista o sedere sul prato. Uno spazio adatto al relax.

Subito oltre la torre di Lavello in un varco delle mura c’è l’ingresso al parco. L’erba è ben curata e si ammira un panorama suggestivo e veramente indimenticabile sui ruderi del Castello del Rivellino e sulla chiesa di San Pietro con la sua gigantesca abside, sembra di essere sospesi in un tempo lontano. A corredo del parco una bella fontana, un anfiteatro ed una meridiana.

Sito alla fine del corso principale della città, offre una splendida vista sul panorame.
Luogo abbastanza tranquillo, tranne che per un folto gruppo di ragazzini che entravano e uscivano dal parco in bicicletta a velocità paurose.
Molto interessante anche la meridiana a terra.
