Bikes were top of the line.

Bike Tour

Antonia was excellent company. His knowledge of history and local area was great. He was friendly and patient . We loved the wine tasting at the end. The bikes were great and we had a lovely day. We highly recommend Antonia and this tour.

Best way to visit Plitvec Lakes!

Fabulous tour. A group of four of us, all retired, took this tour and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and did not find it too physically demanding at all. Carlo, our guide, was great- very informative and conscious of the speed we wanted to travel at, so made it totally memorable and enjoyable. The views were really spectacular. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

2-day team building organized by Degenija Tours

Degenija Tours staff have organized 2-day team building for my firm. We had great time during staying there, visiting Plitvice lakes with recommended tourist guide and going on a bike tour from the Hotel to Ranch Deer Valley. Some of my colleagues already booked rooms for next weekend to repeat this weekend with their families. We’ve got what we want - active and quality spent days in beautiful nature with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended! ♥️

Perfect Memories

Andi our guide was a fine young man who was passionate about nature, very knowledgeable and was cognisant about our age and ability. We would not have seen or done half of what we achieved without Andi. He seemed to know most of the Park Wardens, Boat Captains and Crew, indeed my husband inadvertently left our camera on one of the small boats - we knew nothing until Marco ( our Hotel front of staff ) mentioned that it had been found and would be returned - indeed it was - apparently, the boat Crew had scrolled though the images and phoned Andi who advised that we were staying at Hotel Degenija - a very nice gesture that probably would not have happened if we just “ did the park “ by ourselves , fair enough it did cost for the guiding, however, our camera would have been very expensive to replace. We cannot speak too highly of all concerned.

Magnificent Afternoon

We were escorted around Plitivice by Andi. An excellent guide well worth going around with him. He is very knowledgeable and a really pleasant guy too.
He also drove us from Zagreb to our hotel as a private transfer- he drove well and kept us informed and amused on the long drive. I would highly recommend this tour with Andi, it was a pleasure to spend our time with him.

Sporty and nice way to get away from the crowds

Had a very nice ‘day’ on good mountain bikes crossing through the country side around lake Pletvice. Was nice to get away from the crowds. Antonio was a good guide and support and kept a watchful eye on us. Eventhough you don’t bike that much it was a sporty day. It isn’t all flat terrain and there is definitely some climbing, but not that much. We visited the ruins of the castle, the river banks (river was dry because it is midsummer) and the cave were we ate the lunch Antonio provided. A sandwich, an apple and a bottle of water. We started at 10:30 and were back at 16:00. But how long it takes also depends on your condition. Ours was average

The best way to see local sights and nature in the area

Did the MTB tour with my wife and kids at 8 & 10 and it was the best day and what a way to see the nature, cool trails as sights. Thanks to Antonio it was a pleasant, safe, relaxing and memorable adventure. Recommend and even not that experienced cyclist to join

River tour and car transfer

We did the river kayaking tour near Plitvice and had an awesome day. It was very well run with 2 of us per kayak going down mini waterfalls, jumping off ledges into the water and generally enjoying the beautiful scenery. A great day we won't soon forget with very friendly helpful staff!

We also had a transfer from Plitvice to Split in a comfortable 6 seater car. Driver was on time and very hospitable, would highly recommend.
