RUINED MY PARTBERS 50TH BIRTHDAY! STEAR CLEAR AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP!

I booked this for my partners 50th birthday present as a surprise. The company were very kate so I kept trying all the contact numbers and emails I had. Finally got hold of someone around d an hour later they said it had been cancelled. When I asked by who he said it was a mistake that they had made with the paperwork and would try to book the following day. He couldn't get this arranged and said I will arrange a refund. The company is refusing to give me a reason why but they are now refusing to give my money back! Scam artists avoid like the plague. They reminded my partners 50th birthday and to date the company haven't even apologised!

Fun experience!

We had a wonderful time! It was well worth it to pay the extra money to be picked up from our accommodations as it was over an hour drive from Barcelona to our launching site. Our balloon operator was good—I was expecting more dialog from him about what we were looking at, but his English was limited. We had views of the mountains, but did not go as far as I thought we were going to fly. We did NOT receive a flight certificate or pictures from the company as stated in the description which was disappointing. We still had a great time and would recommend overall.

The view was breath taking the ride was smooth & peaceful

Sad, disappointed, company cancelled 10 minutes after pick up time for tour

I was really, really looking forward to this tour but unfortunately the company somehow was unaware of my reservation and cancelled it after my several attempts to contact them before and on the expected day of the scheduled tour. This was supposed to be a surprise birthday present for my husband and obviously was a huge disappointment when I had to explain to my husband why I had woken us up at the butt crack of dawn and we were standing outside our hotel with no one picking us up. It also was intended to take up most of our day which led me to scramble finding other activities to do instead. Making this a complete inconvenience of my plans for our trip.

Word of advice, try reaching out to them prior to your tour and if you don't hear from them expect to be ghosted the day of. I did this and should have known better that not hearing from the company meant the tour wasn't happening. Very sad and disappointed.

This was the highlight of our trip to Spain! Angel was a great driver and pilot and Max did a nice job of communicationg and keeping us all on the same page. Beautiful scenery and a safe situation. I highly reccommend this tour!

Tout à été organisé avec un timing excellent.
L’équipe souriante, répond avec bienveillance a nos questions. Appareil photo admis sans problème à chaque moment du périple.
Nous avons pu voir le montage complet de la montgolfière, et même participer.
La montée dans les airs fut magique, les paysages et la vue également.
Un vrai bol d’air frais.

Descente rocambolesque puisque le dirigeable n’a pas de commande a part la chaleur dans le vent, et cela fait partie du spectacle.
Nous avons pu participer au démontage, et en apprendre plus sur cet engin, taille, poids et. …
A refaire avec les enfants et dans la même equipe, je recommande.

Le petit moins : petit déjeuner pris en charge, n’allez pas vous attendre a une auberge d’epoque.

Sinon tout était parfait

Exhiarating experience

Must do once in a lifetime experience. Max and the tour guys are super professional, communication is very prompt. We had to return the first day given bad weather but arrangements were made for the next day and the experience was exhilarating. December is obviously cold but not undoable.

Well done max and team. you guys work superhard to offer a great experience to travellers. you deserve no less than 5 stars
