The typhoon last 2021 has really damaged this popular attraction, particularly its tower. Slow rebuilding hasn’t shown drastic changes yet. But there are still tourists giving a look. Environment fee however was still a distraction, considering what many have gone through.

100 pesos fee for a dire-looking boardwalk. Beach has lots of dried seaweeds and should have been cleaned. People at the entrance are haughty. There are a lot of better beaches, but this definitely is far from being “the best beach” as others claim

Surf Instructors are very friendly! They will always motivate you to not give up and keep going.
Main GOAL is to be able to stand and have a successful surf pose 😁 I learned how to surf despite my weight (200lbs). Instructors are very careful about everyone's safety. They take care of everyone and are always on the lookout.
Just set your mindset that you can do it! 🏄♀️🏄♀️🏄♀️
Great place to learn surfing. Be ready with Environenmental Fees, Surf Lesson @ 500/hr.

When we went to have a beach vacation at Siargao, it was indeed a relaxing vacation. Going here is fun and I personally enjoy our experience here. The accommodation is nice and is air-conditioned, you can choose what cottage you will get because they have a cottage for small family and bigger family that could accommodate up to 15 pax. You just have to be ready with the mosquitos at night when you go out on the Island. We also did experience the high tide and the low tide in the surfing beach site and when it's low tide, it's a low tide that the corals are visible and the water is only up to your ankle.

Price of admission is very low, but it's time to overhaul the entire construction. It's a good place to watch the surfers, and a good entry point if you are going surfing or snorkeling.

You can have a better glimpse of the Siargao sunrise and sunset here. Once you arrive at the tower itself, you can just appreciate the wind and the waves. Don't worry, there are hand-made wooden and bamboo seats were you can flake out. But the best part here in Cloud 9 are the waves. Be careful when it's already dusk or dark as the lights along the wharf is limited.

Wow, we showed up on our first day, we are travelling with 6 and 8 year old boys and they wanted to surf. Plenty of instructures waiting on the beach, and they offer the equipment as a package. Expect to pay 500PH for one hour session. We went back every day for the five days, this was a precious place and memeroble experience for the family.
Caution, the beginner break (Jacking Horse) does get crowded at times. We didn't surf Quicksilver or the other as they are to intense for our your fellaws.
Shout out to the instructures Lino, Reyland and Bong you guys were awesome!

An iconic spot in Siargao, great way to spend the day learning how to surf, swim in the surrounding beach like a natural wave pool and ending the day with a perfect sunset. Siargao is definitely one of the world's most beautiful islands.

Hello!
Skyjet offers a direct flyt from manila to siargao. But the price is steep.
Cebupacific is now offering a direct flyt from manila. So take note of the seat sale and book asap.
If not, you can fly from manila to cebu then to siargao. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hello!
As of aug 2019, there are a lot of accommodations in front of cloud 9 - from hostels to room vacancies to mid range to pricey hotels. And a lot of surfboards for rent as well. They will never run out of it.
Just pick a resort or hostel or hotel along GENERAL LUNA and everything is accessible by motorbike (shud you decide to rent one at 300-450per day) or ride a tricycle or multicab (20pesos fare).
