Levi shop was the main reason to visit, however the entire complex is closed and stripped as of oct 22 - as to whether it comes back only time will tell

Prices were more than we pay in Australia and couldn't find anything we couldn't get at home. Sorry we made the effort to go.

There is nothing much at this outlet store. The place is deserted with more sales assistant than shoppers. Not worth making a trip to see this outlet village.

This is not a proper Outlet. The shops have limited stock and not much to offer. But keep in mind quality shopping overall is not great in Koh Samui unless the purchase local items from the markets.

we expected to be a combination of outlet for known brands with Thailand prices.
we were disappointed the prices were more expensive than the regular prices in my country

Wir sind durch einige der Shops gelaufen, auf der Suche nach Schnäppchen.
Die Enttäuschung war groß, als wir überall merkten, dass die Preise ähnlich derer in Deutschland im „normalen“ Kaufhaus sind.
Daher absolut keine Empfehlung!

I went to this outlet area specifically to find extra bathing shorts. Other than that was also curious to see if there was really anything to the outlet village prices being better than stores back home in South Africa, Cape Town regarding brands. Not that I frequent a lot of these places as I’m a complete mall person in every single way possible. However... necessity deems differently now.
This is three short lines of stores with a very limited selection of goods on offer. You can literally count them with your two hands. Nothing outstanding that would jump out at you and say anything. I suppose it’s a step up from the general market feel of other places but underwhelming in every aspect.
Staff in stores are polite, courteous but not overly friendly. I felt for the first time here on Samui that they were just there to do their job. Normally not like this. Stores themselves are bland and tired with that weary feeling that’s non inspiring to even want to buy. If it wasn’t for necessary purchase and lack of knowledge of where else to look, would not even have glanced at this place to shop at all.
Anyway, found some shorts which were more expensive than back home but much needed.
Unless it’s something you really need and can rather wait, I wouldn’t advise this place.

最初に妻が、下着を買いに行く。もともと客はほとんどいない状態で、その時も誰もいない状態。
買いたい商品が、見つからず問いかけてもスルー。目の前に立っての質問にも無反応。
次に自分が入口近くのスポーツ用品店（複数ブランド取り扱いの方）へ。
ラッシュガードの場所を尋ねると、携帯を片手に対応。次の店員はガムを噛みながらの対応。ほんの数点しかなく他を聞くと、めんどくさそうに箱から、、。これでいいかと聞かれて、買わないと申し訳ないので、一応OKと返事をして、次の商品を探していると商品ケースの上に自分が買った商品を乗せ、その上に両肘をついて雑談。
他は、スマホをのぞき込んでいる。
買う商品だというと、それを振り回しながら、レジへ運ぶ始末、、。
ホテル内にあるので、何度も店の前を通りすぎても客がほとんどいないのが納得できる。これまでのタイのイメージを崩す店員たちであった。
その後に行った、フードコートで懸命に、黙って働く女の子に救われた感じがしたが、、、タイにもゆとり世代というものが広がっているのかな？
