Hello! Thank you for finding time and writing us a feedback! Our guests are very important to us and we are of course upset to hear that transfer felt uncomfortable for you. Anyway we are always make sure that all our guests have space in our bus and our booking program is not giving us to make more reservations, than places in our transfer. On this reindeer safari we had two cars with 7 and 8 places for 15 participants. There were two official places in the front near the driver with two safety belts, so everyone had his own place. On our way back our guide put a child to seat in a front, that second person would have more space and feel bit more comfortable. This is two hour program and we tried to keep this group in a right time schedule, of course if part of the group staying longer for making pictures with reindeers and not coming to café when guide is calling, than we have to reschedule our staying in a café, that we will manage to bring group in time back, as some of our guests have plans and other safari departures. Lainio snow village program on this day was even half hour longer as usually, that why we are very surprised that 2 hours in ice hotel felt too short for you. This tour is basically given in English, but as our guide Oksana also speaks French, so she was introducing you snow village in your language and at the same time also needed to speak English with other customers, of course in this case she needs to say double information in given time and it may look that she is in a rush, but she even gave half hour time to this group, that our guests could enjoy ice hotel rooms without rush. We thank you for your comment, as we very much value it so we can aim to do better. We will plan our transfers better in advance and tell our guest that it is important to stay in a given time schedule, that in the end group doesn't have feeling that we finished program in a rush.
