I can't say enough good stuff about these folks. They took us on a nine-day trek in the mountains of Uttarakhand. It rained a lot, but they took really, really good care of us - bringing us coffee and meals in our tent when it was raining, working hard to light a fire from sodden wood and cooking amazing, amazing food every single day.
We climbed up some pretty steep paths, which made me a little nervous (and I"m someone who has been to Annapurna Base Camp and climbed the Sugarloaf at Macchu Picchu. The lead guides spoke really great English and knew a lot about the area and wildlife.
Highly, highly recommend! I'll work with them again. They have all kinds of cool stuff to do - rafting, ziplines, and more.

Camp Dankudi, Ranikhet of Wildrift was an amazing experience for me, I had the best time there. Scenic views like a fresh painting, heritage house with a earthy feeling to it, campfires and moonlit terrace farming, it has all the aesthetics to soothe the mind.

They organize great things from trekking to adventure sports to even water sports . They are really good and professionals . great hospitality and very decent rates .

We experienced the hospitality of DaanKudi from 5 - 8th June 2018.
The place is quite removed from the main tourist areas, yet close enough to get basic things from the village near by ( Whisky, umbrella etc ;) ) The service extended to us by Suraj, Madan ji, Vijay and Girdhar was second to none.
We did a great 6 hour trek through the local villages and forests on one day, followed by some rock climbing and abseiling.
The next day we went down to Kosi to swim in the river and rap-ell down a bridge.
Nothing was too hard for the team there to organize . The food and service was just exceptional.
Whilst the amenities and rooms are basic, they are clean and well maintained. Access to the house from the main road is not the easiest to manage, but in the scheme of things these things can be easily over-looked.
The timing wasn't right for paragliding, so will need to go again to do this.

Apart from playing the water sports, the most wonderful and thrilling experience I had here was to ride a horse withour any guide.

We visited Daankudi from 5 - 6 June.This is about 17 kms from Ranikhet towards Majhkhali. It's near Goluchina Village. They had sent some one to show us the way. Very considerate. From the car park to the Daankudi Heritage is a steep walk of about 1/2 km. Dinesh and Sonia are very helpful . Excellent food. Palatable but basic. All the staff is helpful. This is the place for Adventure Sports like Paragliding, Rappling, Mountain Biking etc.Dinesh and his team have won many a trophies at the Paragliding Competition in Himachal. I bought Rhododendron Sherbet ,Peach Jam and Orange Marmalade from them. The washrooms are situated at some distance from the main building. The Sun Temple built by Katarmal is near by and is a must visit.

Paragliding at Ranikhet was great adventure activity, well managed, Suraj, was good host. He suggested us right time to enjoy the flight and flight was great, flying at 7,000 ft, with eagles, was great experience.
He trusted us and we paid him, online, after we returned to Delhi. Difficult to think of people like him, who can trust tourists.

We were a group of 9 friends who went ot Ranikhet and Kausani. The place of stay was close to the place where adventure sports began. The sunrise and sunset view was amazing. The adventure activities included Rock climbing, Para gliding, Bike hiking and Fly foxing.

This place is really nice for those who love adventure. I love this place a lot and enjoyed very much with my friends. The rates are not expensive. There was very less crowd over here.
