Myself and my wife have been visiting Luxé for the better part of 8 years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Between the two of us we have possibly had every type of treatment available, so we class ourselves as something of an expert on all things Luxé.
The salon décor is tasteful and modern, the treatment suites are restful and relaxing and you can tell that no expense has been spared on the machinery and products (I personally love the heated treatment bed).
The team are so lovely. Nothing is too much for them. They take into account my disability (by booking treatments on the ground floor), they are mindful of my neurodiverse sensitivity to sound by having the music at a lower volume and I know that they are supportive LGBTQIA+ advocates (being a member myself).
From eyebrow waxing to a complete revamp of hair colouring I know that when I walk through the door I am going to be well looked after and receive the best value for money.
I always feel welcome, I never feel self-conscious about my body and I trust that I am in the hands of experts.

What a very disappointing experience 😞 very basic nails at a very expensive price. And dye and shape on eyebrows, not dyed enough and brows shortened to much.

Had my makeup done here for my engagement party, it was perfect, I received many compliments on it! Lovely experience from start to finish. Will be coming again.

I go here regularly for a pedicure. All of the staff I’ve had have been lovely and my toes have looked fantastic! Very reasonably priced for such a great service

Just had my first set of classic lashes done in a long time by Catherine. She did a fantastic job- I absolutely love them. Catherine was warm, friendly and really helpful in terms of looking after my new lashes. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back in a fortnight!

This is a lovely salon with a personal touch and tastefully decorated. I have my nails done by the lovely Catherine who does an amazing job. I always get compliments when they are done.
