Cheesy bingo , only worth it if you reserve tables for a big group at the top end of the room. otherwise they don't pay you any attention for the smaller prizes

Great venue, always plenty on but the bar staff are sooooo slow it’s painful, queuing for sooo long to get round of drinks I missed out on whole game of bingo at last nights event!!!! Either need more experienced staff what can cope with crowds or more staff on event nights!!!

The main hall with stage is often used for visiting theatre acts, mainly musical shows, including London shows ‘on tour’. I’ve danced in the aisles many times. Next door is a smaller room that can seat up to 100 people which is often used for dining purposes or set up for socialising while eating buffet style nibbles. There is a large and well equipped kitchen for rent often used by caterers. Bar and large foyer plus ample clean toilets make this a good venue choice.

went with a few friends to a concert, Tribute band, great band, but the place has not atmosphere and the drinks are expensive

By way of example I saw the brilliant Steve Howe play guitar here, Who he ? He was in the band Yes, with Rick Wakeman & others and is the only man in history not a member of Queen to play on one of their tracks,
The splendid Innuendo, his flamenco guitar on that is brilliant.
Also we saw a Simon & Garfunkel tribute act of the first order.
I hear, not for all tastes I know, Chubby Brown is on schedule here.
Ed Byrne performs later this month.
As someone who has not been a regular concert goer this amenity has been excellent in my experience.

My partner and I went to this very adult evening. Laughter was a plenty from start to finish. House was packed. Only downside from a seating prospective was that the chairs are clamped together. Which if you have a large person sitting next to you the word 'Snug really apply unfortunately.

I have been to the Civic Centre at Trowbridge for meetings that have been organised by various different bodies relating to the railways and the rooms are great and once room that has been used is large and very airy in terms of light and spacious
The place is always clean and the staff are polite
Catering can also be provided and it is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station so that is ideal and not having to take the car is also goo

I went here for a wedding exhibition and was really impressed with how all the staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to help. The facilities are clean, tidy and everything I needed was there.

To John C: Frankie Valli always said he became a singer aged seven because ‘my mom used to take me once a week to the Adams (Theatre), so I saw every major big band at the tail end of that era’ - if narrow minded people like you had existed at the time, The Four Seasons would have never existed. Perhaps you simply have a short concentration span and easily distracted?
That aside fantastic show and great venue. Me, my mum and my son loved it and APPRICIATED IT as we knew all the songs and words!

Excellent evening. The venue was in a side room with ready access to a bar in the main foyer. Mid performance break to replenish and "ease springs".

Hello Betsy, The Civic Centre has parking located within a stone's throw with the Multi-Storey Car Park and St Stephen's Leisure Place Car Park of which both are free after 6pm.
