The Spa is inside the Selborne Golf Resort. The ladies were professional and friendly. The massage was thoroughly enjoyed!

Very average. I had the Venetian Hand and Foot treatment. Although my therapist was very kind and attenive, my nails were cut way too short and not properly filed at all.

I visited the spa Monday 30th April for a spa manicure and paraffin pedi both with gel polish.
Firstly the range of gel colours needs to be expanded there was little to no choice.
Secondly. The pedi was done very poorly. The gel was not painted to the edges so upon close inspection the edges are not painted. My feet were filed with what seems to be a rough file which was not followed by a finer file I now have rough heels.
Thirdly the "Spa manicure" it is 3 days later and the gel is lifting it is so unfortunate as I live in Johannesburg so not easy to climb in my car and request it be redone or I receive a refund. The manicure took 40 minutes and was pretty slap dash. File, push cuticles and an exfoliation I am sure was under 30 seconds.
The treatments cost me R900 which was the biggest waste of time and money.
I will never return to the spa nor will I recommend it.

Possibly up there in the top three for best massages I've had! However lots of delays/waiting up front meant we lost treatment time.

i spent the weekend at the beautiful upmarket Selborne hotel golf estate and spa... and WOW what an experience at La Vita Spa. they truly know how to exceed customer expectation in every aspect of my spa visit. from the treatments to the products and the friendly service. The staff were warm and welcoming and made sure i was happy in every way. 10/10 #lovelavita!!!!
