We are sorry you felt that way Steve. You wanted to come on the first date, but your group were unable to. We understand your disappointment and frustration having to reschedule. Sometimes it’s not easy getting a group together. You were already feeling let down. We take pride in being able to provide the best service and wanted to accomodate you. Re the code - Its customary to leave the code when booking so it can be verified on arrival. – We wanted to accommodate your changes and to proceed with your booking, but to do so needed that code. When purchasing those vouchers, money spent goes to Cudo. They have a very strict policy once the voucher has expired, businesses who use them do not get reimbursed AT ALL after the expiry date. The tasings, the wine, the platters for your group on the day turned out was our gift to you - the date you were finally able to come, was well after the expiry date on your Cudo voucher. Serviettes are available on request at the bar for anyone who wants them. We remember you asked for some and were given them. The voucher included a take home bottle … if you were prepared to pay the difference for the more expensive bottle you could have taken the Shiraz. $3.
