Απαράδεκτο. Είχα κλείσει στις 16 Ιουλίου για μανικιούρ ημιμονιμο. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα άρχισε να ξεκολλάει το ημιμονιμο από τα νύχια μου με αποτέλεσμα να κλείσω 12 μερες μετα το πρώτο ραντεβού άλλο ραντεβού στις 28 Ιουλίου για διορθώσεις. Είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού στις 11 το πρωί κατέφθασα στην ώρα μου και μου είπαν ότι θα υπάρξει καθυστέρηση γιατί είχε αργήσει το προηγούμενο ραντεβού και δεν με ενημέρωσαν ποτε γι αυτήν την αλλαγή. εν τελεί άρχισε να μου διορθώνει τα νύχια 45 λεπτά μετά!! Όταν κάθισα με ρώτησε αν θα κάνω σε όλα αφαίρεση ή μόνο στα χαλασμένα και καθώς πήγα να της απαντήσω μου είπε να κάνω γρήγορα γιατί έχει άλλο ραντεβού μετά!!! Έπειτα καθώς μου είχε χαλάσει όλη η διάθεση και με τις αργοπορίες της και την αγένεια της σαν να μην έφταναν ολα αυτά τσακώθηκε και με το παιδί στην ρεσεψιόν του μαγαζιού επειδη είχε ανοιχτή την πόρτα ενώ υπήρχε κλιματιστικό ανοιχτό το παιδί ευγενέστατο προσπάθησε να αποφύγει την συζήτηση αλλά η τεχνητρια επέμενε και συνέχιζε να είναι αγενής μπροστά μου… τα νύχια που μου έβαψε δε εντελώς διαφορετικό χρώμα…πρόσθεσε και άλλη απόχρωση ροζ έπειτα που ήταν πιο σκούρα από αυτήν που είχαμε βάλει την προηγούμενη φορά γιατί υποστήριζε οτι η προηγούμενη απόχρωση ( αυτή που είχα βάλει) είναι πολύ σκούρο ροζ. Το ημιμονιμο μανικιούρ κάνει 20€ και εγώ για 4 νύχια διόρθωση πλήρωσα 10€

I booked three massages over a period of seven days because of my tense back and shoulders. I also wanted to book a facial but was denied the appointment and here is why:
1. facial treatment: I was told that a facial can’t be done because I’m not allowed to be in the sun for a week (!) after the treatment. Bear in mind, I just wanted some cleansing facial but they didn’t let me make an appointment. I should have realized something is wrong then.
2. I went ahead and made an appointment for a massage with aloe Vera (because of the sun 🤪). The masseuse saw me and said that if I’m not burnt (who still gets sunburns these days?) I should get a honey/almond oil/sugar massage instead. Not what I wanted but hey, convince me otherwise. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes for the honey mix to be prepared and I needed to shower for 10 minutes afterwards to get rid of the sticky stuff. The massage was good but once again not what I wanted. I told the masseuse that I needed to get a proper massage to get rid of the tension in my back and made another appointment for the following morning. So far so good.
3. Appointment was at 10:30 not knowing that this is the time they open the salon. The owner was late, so the door was only opened at 10:45. Again, I waited. The massage was excellent though. So I booked another massage for the following week.
4. Arrived at the salon at 10:30 again. This time the salon was open but guess what. The masseuse was running late. Apparently because of the rainy weather. She would arrive within 10 minutes I was told. At 10:50 I got a little nervous because I only had a Babysitter Till 11:30 which I told them. I offered to do a pedicure instead because I didn’t want to waste my free hour. „Let me check with the owner“ I was told. No feedback on that question. By 11 I asked again about a pedicure and got the answer „why, the masseuse is on the way, she is here in 10 minutes“.
Guess what, I left the Salon. What a waste of time and what an unprofessional way of treating customers. They seemed a little arrogant as well which I don’t like.
I would have spent quite a bit of money there but they didn’t let me.
So I cannot recommend the place. 2 out of 5 because the massage was really good.

The beauty lounge is absolutely stunning, amazing deco, serene atmosphere. I had a mani/pedi with Anna, who is a total expert. I had a problem on a toe that she immediately noticed and managed to treat, like a podologue would do. She also gave me excellent advice and did a gorgeous job. I highly recommend Anna and I will be sure to ask for her when I return! Thank you Anna

It’s an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the cute little Gialova shopping and restaurant alley. It’s spacious and airy imagine LA beauty lounge by the coast, with floaty white curtains, high ceilings and a lot of natural light. They have a private outdoor area with a juice/ cocktail bar, great service, amazing nails, a bunch of wonderful treatments, lovely products.
Must visit when in Gialova!

Άθλιο κούρεμα , νομίζουν ότι κουρεύουν πρόβατα, σε 5 λεπτά έχει τελειώσει το κούρεμα, το λούσιμο διαρκή περισσότερο. μόνο με την ψιλή μηχανή. Το ψαλίδι για το show, για να κάνουν ψαλίδες.
Ωραίο περιβάλλον και το έχουν πάρει πάνω τούς .

Ter voorbereiding voor de ironman zijn we met het team bij de beautylounge terecht gekomen. Wat een aangename verrassing! Het stijlvolle interieur en het fantastisch personeel bezorgen je een onvergetelijke tijd. We hadden massages, pedicures, haren werden geknipt, benen gewaxt.
En alles aan redelijke prijzen.

If you are resident nearby Costa navarino thia lovely nail lounge will surprise you. In fact it remains a highlight for our vacations the visit in this lounge. Perfect nail and foot treatment in fair prices. What is most important is the high service and friendly staff. The owner of the lounge is always smiling and there to satisfy your needs. The photo is an original banana liqueur. A luxurious lounge and will come definitely next year.

Just had a fabulous massage at the beauty lounge in Gialova. Nesto was so skilled. I have lots of massages and he is truly an expert. I had booked for myself and my husband, who is not easily impressed. However he also thought Nesto was amazing.
Wonderful environment and great staff. Would highly recommend.
