Fantastic yoga retreat on the outskirts of Rome in a lovely village.
Elena is a great teacher and made us all feel very comfortable.
Her villa is beautiful and the vegetarian food served was delicious!
The villa is set in a wonderful place where you can go for nice long walks, horse riding and Elena also offers NLP for those that require it at a discounted price.
Rome is approximately 45 minutes away by train from Cesano and the ticket is only 1 Euro one way.
I have returned fully restored and am planning my next trip there!
