I have been attending the Windsor Cinema for many years. It is an Art Deco landmark, dating from 1937. It's on Stirling Highway, near Broadway, you can't miss it. The Windsor is one of several Perth cinemas surviving from the between-the-wars era, but is is unique in the Nedlands area. The Windsor now has three auditoriums. It is classified by the National Trust and forms an essential element of the Stirling Hwy streetscape. The Windsor is fully licensed; it's a great place for an entertaining night out.

We have been going to this local cinema for many years. There is Always a great selection of movies. It does not have modern cinema decor or seating but the atmosphere more than makes up for that. The service is always personable and friendly from the staff. You can have a pre movie drink in the small lounge area and the choc tops are excellent. Love it!

Ultra quick service and wonderful selection of movies. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with a fabulous selection of icecream bombs. Listening to the organ playing while we waited was a delight.

We saw two movies at this cinema during our recent stay as it was within short walking distance of our B&B. The first was very popular with seniors and there was a queue for seats for the one o'clock session in Cinema 3 of "Fisherman's Friends". We found out why when we ended up sitting in the front row of, maybe, 50 seats. This was however not too uncomfortable or close to the screen. We enjoyed the provision of flavoured choc-top ice-creams, wrapped by the staff on the front counter - a little home industry showing that this is a family run enterprise . My rum and raisin ice-cream came with a raisin on top. YUMM. The second movie we saw, "The Truth", was in French with sub-titles and not as popular so we got a seat in the back row. The seats are new and very comfortable. The decor of the cinema is classic Art Deco. The "seniors wrangler" aka the usher was very personable and joked as he removed a couple of zimmer frames from the front near the screen citing Health and Safety Rules.

The Windsor is an Art Deco cinema that has been around forever; I can recall going to the Windsor when I was in high school as a special treat. The Windsor now has three screens, running day and night. It's a sort of mini-multiplex. Parts of It could do with a good spring clean, but it looks like it will go on forever. By the way, seniors get a discount.

While movies are good to watch, seating needs to be improved in the old section and the last, few times we’ve ordered a cheese platter on a Fri/Saturday and they’ve often run out of crackers or actual platters and this is at 6/6.30pm - not late! We’ve had to wait until food could be sourced, if at all. What is so hard about being prepared for yours customers, especially during weekends? Poor planning and service in this regard which has also affected our preferred seating due to delays, at times, as it’s not allocated seating. I like the films generally on offer and would like to keep coming but need to get their act together.

This is a great cinema to visit. It's an old art deco treasure and has been modernised so is very comfortable. Depending on the schedule you may find yourself in one of the small cinemas or as we did on this occasion in the larger one.
There is plenty of legroom and the seats are a good size. We always give ourselves plenty of time to get there as the car park is often full. Getting there early means that we can indulge in the best choc bombs in town. Not to be missed! You may have enough time to get another one to take in to the movie ...

Went to see Swimming with Men with my wife Tuesday last. Great film by the way (3.5/5). Laughed out aloud in may places and kept giggling.
Very disappointed in the Cinema itself. It was grotty: deep dirt/greasy dirt ingrained into the carpet all through the place. Curtains around the walls were torn in several places and just left to hang. Seats torn and old and creaky. Very, very disappointed.
In sum, great film spoiled by poor decor. C'mon guys!

A totally different experience visiting this Cinema. This is the place of great atmosphere, wonderful movies, that are not being played anywhere else, small theatres creating very cozy atmosphere, you can feel like having your own private show. The Staff are very polite and helpful.

We were in cinema 2 and it was really hot! Clearly no airconditioning. At $20 a ticket i expected something better. Probably choose to go elsewhere next tine.
