Though the park was very small in terms of area, I really loved the way it was decorated and maintained, and all of it with a natural touch without the involvement of any machines or chemicals.

This is not really a park, but can more appropriately be called a public garden. The play-items for children were well-maintained and in good condition. The shade of the palm and coconut trees offered a good spot for me and my girlfriend to chat for a few hours.

Except Wednesday, you may visit the park in the afternoons. Toy train, slip, swing for children are the attractions. It is one of the two children's park in Silchar.

This is the only Park in Silchar where children's can enjoy on holidays. Every city needs such a park where children's can spend holiday times by playing various games as well as elders can also use the same for their health related purposes. Though the park can be improved in many aspects still the existing one is well enough.
