Took my daughter with a bunch of her friends for her birthday in November and they had the most amazing time.
Always felt safe, plenty of staff at hand making sure everyone is having a good time and more importantly secure and not hurt.
Would highly recommend for similar thing as a group. What kind doesn't like bouncing around like a frog trying to smash a forward flip.

My son loved his Base Jump birthday party! The staff could not have been more lovely & accommodating! They really outdid themselves making sure we had everything we needed and were amazing at supervising and dealing with a group of rowdy 11 year old boys. Big shout out to Lili & Jessica, who were above & beyond outstanding. We always love Base Jump, it’s clean, friendly, & fun, and we highly recommend their parties. Will definitely be back!

It is very good and my child thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it , next time I'll go for 2 hours as my child felt the 1 hour was too short. However, the dodgeball zone was ruined by other children playing unfairly.

Fantastic customer care today from the team when my daughter's leggings tore. Nothing was too much and they even extended her time to make for the time she lost whilst we found a replacement.

First time here and first time to a trampoline park for both me and my 1 year old son. What a great time we had. My son loved it. We went during family hour on a Sunday. It was quiet without many people there which was perfect for the 1 year old to basically do what he wanted without us having the fear of him getting hurt. If anything daddy got hurt himself. He split his skin on the ‘monkey bar hoops’ however the aftercare I received was brilliant. I went straight to a member of staff and showed them my injury and asked for a plaster. He took me straight to the first aid room whilst asking another member of staff to check the equipment for any faults with it or any residue of my blood. I was cleaned up and given a plaster and allowed to carry on with my hour of fun. I cannot fault this place from this experience and would defiantly go back again.

Overall our experience was great, after a 10 day isolation was just what my children needed.. they thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour bounce. What I wasn’t happy with was the staff, First Lady we came across during the video talk was so rude and was like she really didn’t want to be there, I’ve been a few times and it was made fun this lady just told the kids to shut up and that was it, so blunt. Then whilst they were jumping same lady was only happy when she was talking to another male member of staff, dancing to him across the room, no interaction with anyone except him, even had over 20 minute conversation with him whilst not paying any attention.
There was no need for the rudeness and blunt words, even my two children picked up and asked me why that lady was “talking rudely, that’s not nice”
Won’t be put off as my children love it, but it did ruin the day’s experience

We visited here today due to the weather being less than ideal for June! I liked the reduced capacity (covid) as it meant we actually got a table to sit at while the kids jumped and also helped massively with my daughters anxiety. We did the MegaBounce 2hrs which includes a hotdog and drink. My daughter is vegetarian so I queried if there was an alternative meat-free option and the manager assisted us quickly and said she was allowed to choose what she liked in place of a hotdog from the cold counter. There's quite a variety so she was pleased. The staff were very friendly, pleasant & efficient. Aimee was lovely and helpful when it came to helping us with a vegetarian option. Price was reasonable considering it included food and drink. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend visiting. Thank you BaseJump team!

Far too many people shoved into a tiny room to watch a safety briefing in the dark that never even happened, scared the 3 and 2 year old sitting in the pitch black for no reason for 15mins. Inside the entire centre, not a single solitary adult wore a mask, and no enforcement from staff at all. My mother and me were literally the only ones who wore masks. No queuing sensibly for anything, it’s just mayhem. Every other kids leisure place has executed guidelines perfectly. There are none in play at all here. Not even restricted booking sessions to limit numbers

Possibly the early family bounces as it is quieter.
Not during peak times as the much bigger kids will dominate.
There is a younger children’s play area but not worth going for that on its own.
