Our family have returned to LB several times for significant occasions for about 10 years. This latest was my own 70th birthday. We had about 30 family members (of all ages), several of whom had travelled from interstate just for this event and caught up with the family and friends. For the younger children, they met their relatives for the first time. They were also free to explore, have fun and little adventures around the garden and play options provided. WOW!! For a cool Wintery day, we we were quite comfortably warm in the sheltered outdoor facility. There was so many laughs and happy faces, hugs and kisses, and stories from years ago shared. While the cameras kept 'clicking', speeches made, delicious food and drink just kept flowing seamlessly, thanks to our lovely hosts. Suffice to say, it was a HUGE success, and in such a lovely garden environment. I have no doubt that our family will continue to share such precious times at Lazy Ballerina.

We had booked ahead for Easter Sunday with the family (and we had family who emailed and added on to our booking) so we were surprised when we arrived to be told there was no booking! However, we were told that they would find a table for us..The Winery is beautiful and a fabulous place for families with young children, there is plenty for them to do and our young ones loved it! We paid $45 pp for antipasto plates and ‘feed me’ pizza. We had to ask for another board as we had 7 adults and there was just not enough for that amount of people (also had 3 kids sharing) who we paid $12 per child for. We also got 2 bowls of salad. We enjoyed our day and the place is lovely with a huge fire pit, bocce, rope swings and a cubbie house

We hosted my mother's birthday party here in one of the places Marquees.
It is a great venue and the hosts are helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The best feature of the place is the huge gardens which suits our kids as they like to play during lunch.

A relaxed place, popular with families, because they offer a large play area. Good pizzas, and wine. Friendly staff. Eating in the garden in December was great (for a Brit!)

Kids playing in wide open spaces and wood oven pizza, this is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
Kuipto Forest is right across the road and no matter which direction you are travelling from you are guaranteed to see horses, cows and other animals on the drive there.

A friend told me about this place we decided on a drive up to Adelaide hills on the long weekend, what a beautiful place. Gardens are lovely and cellar door is friendly and wines are delicious. They do a fabulous pizza deal which you have to book for all smelt and looked amazing will definitely book for this next time. Already planning our next visit

It’s like finding the garden of Eden in the middle of nowhere.
Booked for lunch on a Saturday with friends. Had a great wine tasting followed by their lunch platter and pizzas in their amazing gardens. They set up a table for us under a big tree and we spent the afternoon relaxing, drinking wine and enjoying the tranquility of this fantastic winery. There where 3 other big parties going on at the same time but with enough space we hardly noticed they were there.
Well done to the team at Lazy Ballerina. All the staff were on top form and provided an amazing experience.
Will definitely return and can highly recommend.

Great relaxed winery where you can spend many hours before you realise it .... good food , platters, wood oven pizzas, nice wine... staff were very friendly..

We visited Lazy Ballerina for a 40th Birthday celebration. The gardens were lovely and the wine was great! The staff were friendly and happy. My kids enjoyed playing in the garden while we relaxed with a wine.
Will definitely visit again soon!
