In a group of four we decided this test this outdoors obstacle ground which only recently opened in Sankt Augustin. Having done the Spartan Race and in training for the Tough Mudder, I embraced the possibility to spend a couple of hours climbing over wooden obstacles, conquerring monkey bars, upscaling a wall using a roap and even jumping into a mud pit only to get out using some unconventional team work.
The park is very well built with wide range of obstacles, making it an ideal place to spend an afternoon just a little bit differently, or as part of a training program. Team-work is a must here so it is a good way to spend some time with your friends. We had a team of 3 girls and one guy and none of us is hugely fit, but with some good team work and clever approach to obstacles we made our way around a couple of times.
The staff is always nearby (unless you book a session with instructor, in which case the staff is with you all the time) offering useful tips on how to tackle individual obstacles. Safety is a priority so some good guidance is dished out especially with the more challenging of stops.
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who enjoys a bit of movement outdoors with a group of friends and is not scared of getting their hands (and everything else) a bit dirty
