Wir hatten Freunde aus Italien zu Besuch und haben daher alle zusammen (5 Erw. + 3 Kinder zwischen 5-9 Jahre) im Märchenwald.
Der Märchenwald ist toll aufgebaut und hat nette Fahrgeschäfte und Märchenhäus-chen für die Kinder.
Das Essen ist ebenfalls gut und alles preislich ok.
Die Kinder und wir hatten viel Spaß und einen tollen Tag.

Magical Land for small kids!!! I am so enamored with this gorgeous, fun amusement park. For my 3.5 year old, there was so much to do, he loved the rides and the fanciful scenes. Rides varied from simple cars moving along train tracks, to spinning flying amusement park rides. For my 1 year old, there were baby playgrounds, and even some mellow rides she thoroughly enjoyed. As an adult, the park is IN A FOREST -- so beautiful, comfortable, scenic. You get the joys of nature alongside the fun of ultra-high slides and a small roller coaster (which I rode alone since my children didn't meet the height requirement for this one thing).
This is a truly unique, beautiful, and fun experience. Not too expensive, food was fine and not overpriced. Joyful playgrounds, cute animal statues, and so much care put into the details. We went back twice!

Wir fahren dort recht oft mit unseren Töchtern (8 und 3) hin. Für beide wird dort viel geboten. Der ganze Park ist schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuss. Keine spektatkulären Sachen, aber ein gutes Angebot ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die Verpflegung ist ordentlich aber nicht toll und nicht allzu teuer. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsberhältnis.

Ich war mit Freunden und deren Kindern im Märchenwald in Wolfratshausen. Parken war erstmal kein Vergnügen, weil am Wochenende im August bei super Wetter alles vollgeparkt war in näherer Umgebung . Mich hat vor allem interessiert, inwieweit der Märchenwald noch so aussieht wie vor mehr als 45 Jahren, als ich als Kind dort war. Tatsächlich gibt es noch Attraktionen die scheinbar unverändert sind. Somit ist es schon ein wenig altmodisch, aber die Kleinen hatten einen Riesenspass dort und so soll es auch sein.

Mit unserer kleinen (2 Jahre) Tochter verbrachten wir hier einen wundervollen Tag. Die Fahrgeschäfte sind größtenteils für kleine Kinder und alle Top in Schuß. Auch die Verpflegung ist gut, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache daß es bei den Fahrgeschäften keine Versteckten Kosten gibt. Selbst die drei Pferde rechts hinter dem Eingang kosten nichts. Viel Schatten, sagt auch der Name schon: MärchenWALD :-)

I napriek kritike sa nám páčilo. Je vidieť, že je to už staršieho dátumu a preto aj tomu zodpovedajú výstavy a predstavenia rozprávok. Našťastie sú tu aj iné atrakcie, za ktoré sa žiaľ dopláca: zip line, helikoptéra, elektrické autíčka, loďky a rôzne iné atrakcie ako v nákupných centrách . Preto si pripravte 0,5 € a 1 € mince na atrakcie. Sú tu aj automaty na rozmieňanie, ale na to sa nespoliehajte. Môžete kŕmiť kozy, kde si v automate kúpite za 0,5 € krmivo. Zajace sú v klietke, ale nedajú sa kŕmiť. Iba ak trávou. Je to dosť do kopca situované. Jedlo fastfood. Celé sme to pomaly aj s atrakciami prešli za 2 hodiny a preto je to ozaj malé za to vstupné. Určite sa sem už nevrátime. Za parkovisko platíte 2 € a odvezie a dovezie Vás z neho zadarmo vláčik. Chodí každých 20 minút.

Es ist ein Märchenwald mit viel Schatten (gut bei sehr sonnigen Tagen) und vielen kleinkindgerechten Attraktion. Es gibt kleinere Karussells, aber auch das Superhighlight mit der Achterbahn. Großes Lob für den hohen Spaßfaktor für unsere beiden Kinder (4 und 6 Jahre alt). Die Preise sind hoch (auch für Speisen), aber durch das Angebot und den Service mehr als angemessen.
Auch die Märchenhäuser sind im Vergleich zu anderen Märchenwäldern ansprechender und gut durchdacht.
Der Park ist sauber gepflegt (auch die Toiletten) und das Personal ist freundlich und angenehm.
Insgesamt wirklich sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern zwischen 4 - ca. 8 Jahren.
Auch die Märchenhäuser sind im Vergleich zu anderen Märchenwäldern ansprechender und gut durchdacht.

As we were putting together the itinerary for Munich, I was keen to have a day to do a theme/amusement park. My girls are aged 22m and almost 6yrs. My initial considerations were along the lines of Legoland, EuropaPark.... So when I posted initially on the TA forum, many recommended this park, especially given the younger ones age, as she wouldn’t be able to go on most rides in the bigger parks. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this park, thanks to the contributors! It really was such a charming, beautiful park in the middle of a forest setting. Both had endless fun and even the younger one had such a blast. She could do the big slide as well (except for the white one which was quite steep) and kept wanting to go again! The rollercoaster was awesome too. The cafe has really good food.. for a cafe at an amusement park. Usually it’s the opposite! The park is well sized as well, so you can cover the entire place (and repeat a few rides as well) without a rush in about 4hours (including lunch). The story corners with the puppets acting out the fairy tales, were just lovely and totally had the little ones mesmerized. It had very good narration in German and English, both. So it’s just perfect. The family ticket is about €30, which is not bad. The washrooms are very clean, with baby-changing facilities as well. It is easy to get to by train...
I guess by now, you’d realize that I totally recommend this beautiful little park!

yes. there is a rollercoaster, and would say two more attraction for this age.most of them are for 4-8 I think.
you can go there by train to wolfrathshaussn and then take the bus near the park. train station to the park takes about 20 min
