My first advice is NEVER book this place. I have book this place 10 days prior and and they inform to me that they cant give the room because of water supply problem. What I understood was was 1.The ower takes multiple unofficial bookings to same rooms on same days and he select the most valuable one and inform others at the last moment that the rooms are not available . 2. According to him, there is no alternative solution for emergency water supply breakdowns . 3.They said that they inform this in the morning ,but message time stamp showed it was sent after the telephone call on unavailability . 4.Owner promised me to find an alternative place,and it was horrible and expensive than his room.When I informed him regarding that,he was unhappy and never came with another place as he promised. 5.Never trust this place who do cheap quality things on bookings and put the travellers in deep trouble at the last moment . 6.Suggest to remove this place and recommendations from this site…

1. AC machine is placed outside our open shutter. It is the AC from the room above, we only have a fan. Whole night the AC turns on and off, impossible to sleep. 2. Roofterras a buildingsite. Building starts before 6 AM. 3. Very noisy rooms. 4. Nobody there when we arrive to welcome us or tell us about wifi, breakfast etc. 5. Everything closes at 10PM. Not possible to enter the terras. 6. Not allowed to drink in the room??? 7. Ants in the bed 8. No musquitonet and only open shutters. 9. The rude owner cancelled our booking when he saw we were not happy. So we could not enter a review and he keeps his high score in booking.com, which is nog realistic. 10. The owner charged us Rs 720 for the welcome drinks.... 11. Not enough toilet paper. 12. Colored sheets, so impossible to see if they were clean or not. 13. No garden available. …

It was hidden gem in the midst of a busy town. In a great location, this small boutique hotel will provide you the clean rooms with basic facilities at a budget rate. Lovely atmosphere and the warm welcome and service provided through out the stay was really admirable. The room rates include the breakfast and the care takers of the hotel pays a good attention to provide a quality service. Recommend to the local as well as international travelers to visit this place as a good hotel in the Peradeniya town.

La chambre est simple mais très confortable, très propre, et surtout les propriétaires sont hyper gentils ! Ils ont tout fait pour nous faciliter notre séjour. L’hôtel a ouvert il y a quelques mois, c’est proche du jardin botanique, très bon souvenir !

This hotel is recently opened Just outside Kandy in Peradeniya it is a perfect location If you are planning on taking “The Kandy - Ella train” and want to avoid the crowd, because Peradeniya is Just one stop Before Kandy. We were welcomed by a lovely couple. They were caring and Very Helpfull. They offered taxi service by Car, Breakfast and dinner, possibility for luggague storage, private parking (Which was handy for us due our Own Tuk tuk.) The room is spacious, has a warm shower, garden view and is Very clean and neat. We were happy to be the first Dutch guests!
