I stayed at Quatro for training. The staff was awesome, my room was on second floor theyoved me to the first floor to accommodate my foot in cast so I wouldn't have to walk far and also provided me with a wheelchair for the day!...เพิ่มเติม

Nicely renovated top to bottom hotel in Sault Ste Marie. Hotel and rooms are clean. Warm continental breakfast is included. Good location, close to restaurants. Very similar to a Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Would definitely recommend.เพิ่มเติม
Right from check in we were very impressed. Christina ( I think thats her name ) was very knowledagable about the area and different sites to see during our trip, very polite and proffessional without missing a beat.

I had book a large room for 5 people 2 months in advance and I received a phone call saying that it was given away to a guest that had booked it recently from the 2 nights that I had planed to stay till the end of the summer what is the policy on the long term guest vs. the "walk" guest. just so I have the details.

I do not personally know what the hotel policy is on long-term guests but find your situation a little upsetting (having your booking cancelled when it was planned and confirmed 2 months in advance). Please call the hotel and find out the policy then deal with it once you have the facts. I am a bit curious to know as well because this is the hotel that I use when I stay in Sault Ste. Marie. I am really sorry that I could not be more helpful. But I will acquaint myself with there policies just so I can be prepared for any situations such as yours. Hope you get a satisfactory resolution.
