Fairly good hotel and all service was good. Location is good for shopping and some attractions but not really close to the city center. Disappointing having to pay for internet access. Breakfast was good.เพิ่มเติม
Booked in March where i stayed in the tower wing, in May decided to stick to the larger rooms which was in the West Wing, West wing is like a completely different hotel pay the extra and stick to the west wing you wont regret...เพิ่มเติม
Just checked into the 1970, had to wait an hour to check in, there was a mix up with booking but instead of Hilton trying to sort it I had to make the calls and each time lose my place in the check in.

Anybody have a management email address for this hotel? I have used the online feedback on the hotel website, emailed the conference team and then tried forwarding the email to the reservations team but heard nothing its been weeks. I am really concerned as attending an event and needed certain facilities and room clarification.

its a lot of information to give them and yes I did but failed to get through hence why messaged them
My partner paid a £60 pre-payment fee when we stayed last month. We were told we would receive this up to two weeks afterwards, and we still haven't got it back! We've been in contact with the hotel and the bank but they're absolutely useless. That's £60 that has basically been stolen by Hilton. Has this happened to anyone else?

If this is what you refer to as a pre-payment fee then it should auto credit back. If not call your credit card company and state you have been incorrectly billed and they should raise the dispute for you and all should work out. That is the credit cards function in this type of situation so push them to do it.
