Die Wohnung sieht auf den ersten Blick angenehm aus. Leider ist sie von Bettwanzen verseucht. Hätte uns ein Insider nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, wäre es uns nicht aufgefallen. Tatsächlich haben wir nach der ersten Nacht bereits einige Körper dieser Tiere und entsprechende Blutflecken auf den Laken gefunden. Das Problem besteht nach einigen Recherchen anscheinend schon seit längerer Zeit und wird nicht behoben. BITTE NICHT BUCHEN!

This was the first day of our vacation (me and my son). Just a stop overnight, we wanted to go further to visit someone but after this night we had to turn back home instead! Reason: we couldn't sleep and were full of bytes the day after! The bedroom had dirty sheets and was FULL of crawling bugs (big, middle and babies, the full program), bad smell everywhere too because of the parasites. Besides: For the bedsofa they "forgot" linens at all ; also no towels. We could not sleep and not take a shower. We tried laying on the floor in the kitchen but it was impossible to sleep. It was a terrible experience, also so sad because I was with my son. We were desperate, I was crying. I tried to ask for refund at least, have been fighting ever since. Nobody answers ever. I asked booking.com and they say .. they cannot help! Can you believe that? They see the feedbacks and still.. This is criminal! Be careful, booking.com is only interested in gaining instant money and so are the people of this apartment. On the booking.com site in German, most of the travellers are writing the same and posting pictures showing exactly the same bed sheets as I had (they never change them it seems, they had the smell of a wet dog..). In the room there is traces of dead bugs and blood on floor and walls. One cannot believe this is true. They ruined my vacation and they don't care, I want at least my money back. I have been in many countries also for example in poor asian countries and it was NEVER as disgusting as it was here, I think this is a bad joke. Sadly it spoiled our vacation and, it seems, also the vacation of many other people, as far as I can read. Someone has to do something here.…

They have bed bugs in bedroom which bite my 4 years daughter and nobody helped or answered at night and we had to leave the apartment midnight and stay in car and they refused to cancel or refund, we even had to leave our stuff in the apartment so we don't carry any bed bugs with us. This 4th floor apartment please be aware if they offer you this apartment.
