Nice hotel and very helpful staff. They don't have a breakfast but have complimentary items, such as coffee, tea, cookies, yogurt and fruits. Room is big, and the bathroom is well equipped. Everything is clean. We had a full kitchen in the appartment.
The hotel is not too far from Milano Centrale, the streets are a bit confusing for first timers but don't second guess yourself. The hotel was under construction when I was staying but wasn't a huge issue. I was on the first floor which was...เพิ่มเติม

Yes you can walk. It is about 10 minutes walking from Milano Central Station to the residence. From the Station take the exit to Piazza Luigi di Savoia.
Dear fellow travelers,
I read some reviews and found that there was a late check in fee, and the Residenza is not staffed at certain hours and customers had to call to find someone to check in.
(1) Is there still a late check in fee?
When is considered late?
Will that be outside of their normal hours?
I looked at the website, but I did not seems to be able to find their regular hours.
(2) Do customers still have to call someone to check them in, if the customers arrive after certain hours?

Hello fellow travelers
(1) Does the hotel have a lift?
(2) If you have pre-paid your room, is there any extra charge other than your incidental?
(2) From hotel to Duomo
According to Google map, from the hotel to the Duomo di Milano, one will take NM1, is that correct and is that a bus?
How much does it cost? Is there a tobacco shop near the hotel from which we can buy the ticket?
(3) From hotel to MXP airport
What would you recommend?
Google map suggests to take NM1 then XP1. At the end of the XP1 journey, there is a 7-min walk. How is the walk? Is it on flat ground? Would you recommend to senior who has a carry-on luggage?
We are a group of 4 adults with 4 pieces of carry-on luggage. If we take a taxi from the hotel to the MXP airport, what is a reasonable rate?
