Hotel is very nice with excellent service. Food is delicious and hope to have a chance to revisit again soon. Promotion is also good and swimming pool perfect relax at the third floor of hotel. Italian food are also good

Smooth and professional check in process, all staff are super friendly. Spacious room with smart design that separate shower and toilet, bidet in the toilet is a plus, coz I’m Thai after all. 6 seats electronic cart , shutter cart to and from future park rangsit is amazingly convenient. Anyway, super-super friendly and helpful staff, that’s what I like the most. I take one point away, coz I am not impressed at food and beverage section. Slow service at Alberto’s bar, found a hair in my dish from room service. I recommend this hotel due to staffs service mind, location, spacious room and facilities such as swimming pool and gym.

Khun Frame was very friendly and efficient in arranging our Test and Go programme so the hospital visit and check in was very smooth. An imposing building on the Rangsit skyline, the public rooms are tastefully designed and furnished in contemporary Asian style, our bedroom was rather corporate and lacked atmosphere and identity. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and good quality. Dining room staff and receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel met our needs for a first night stay on the way to Ayutthaya.

โรงแรมใหม่ เพิ่งเปิดได้ 3 เดือน ทุกอย่างดีหมด ประทับใจตั้งแต่ทำจองห้องพัก เช็คอิน พนักงานน่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี สุภาพ ให้ข้อมูลทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าพักได้เป็นอย่างดี อาหารเช้าควรปรับปรุงในความหลากหลาย บุ๊ฟเฟ่เช่นเดียวกัน มีโอกาสได้ทานตอนกลางวัน อาหารไม่เหมือนในสื่อโซเชียลที่โฆษณา รสชาติโดยรวมใช้ได้ เช็คเอาท์ เรียบร้อยดี มีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักใหม่อีกแน่นอนครับ

Nice new and clean hotel in a prime location in Rangsit. Great idea with the shuttle service between the hotel and Future Park. We were already a few days in the hotel and then wanted to extend by one day. When I asked for the price I was told a much higher price than on Agoda. When I asked if Accor is not interested in direct bookings, I was told snootily that I can book on Agoda. This I have also done. I think the revenue manager of Accor still has some work ahead of him.
