Good stuff: It was one of the few hotels available near the Nakee and Naka cave hikes, and bookable on a search engine - i.e. Booking.com. The staff allowed us to hang our just-washed clothes on their outdoor drying bars. Bad stuff: -- Bathroom: There were many, many ants and worms (when we told the staff, they swept them up...but more just kept coming all afternoon and night). It constantly smelled quite odd/bad. The resort does not provide toilet paper, only one box of facial tissues. The worms & ants were so bad by Thai wife and my daughter wouldn't shower. -- Bedroom: It smelled badly when we first arrived, though got better after running the air conditioner for a few hours. We had to turn off the air conditioner when we went to bed, because it was *quite* noisy. The bed is as hard as 80% of beds in Thailand - i.e. not what most Americans would like. -- Neighbors: There was a huge party happening at a commercial venue that was about 1 block (as the crow flies) away...we heard the very loud (rave-like) music until at least 11:30pm. It appeared this was the type of party that happened there at least weekly. -- We had booked a second night by calling the hotel directly...and we paid a 50% deposit. It was all so bad that we did *not* stay for that second night...thus losing our deposit.…
