Laguna has two good reasons for us when selecting the hotel: Beach and good training possibilities. Hotel has lots of stairs so if you have issues with that this is not your hotel. Room was bigger than I thought and balcony was good in size as well. Some balconies have racks for wet swimwear etc. but you may need to ask for it. Bed is really big, sofa and two chairs, work table, TV, good size fridge. Bathroom has bathtub and separate shower. We had lots of troubles with A/C and it took more than a week to actually fix it. Activities yes but it always had same issue but finally they got it fixed. Breakfast is good and nice selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Breakfast area has three "floors" so more stairs. Western food is not the their strenght at all even portions were simple to make. Also often some ingredients were out of stock for couple of days. Gym is not big but enough machines and weights for good training, cayaks, sup boards, pingpong, petanque and guided trainings. Even free of charge thai boxing class. If you want to do boxing there is a separate room for that close the reception having one heavy bag. It is free to use even receptionist may say something else. Contact guys who are keeping trainings. There are also lots of free bikes that looked ok.…
