We there with our Exoticca tour. On the outside the hotel looks fine. Reception bare bones and smelled like cigarette smoke. No bar or store..nothing. Buffet food had minimal choices. I went to checkout the buffet room 1 hour before dinner and all the cold food was out and uncovered. 2 people in our group got sick. Not sure what they ate.
Rooms were freezing cold. Found out later in the evening that you must go to the front desk to ask them to turn on the heat. Just setting the thermostat isn't enough.
Something bit me in the middle of the night on my foot. (See picture)
They, however did bring us extra duvets, which were nice. The view from our room was also nice.

Hotel en mal estado , te dicen que está en reparación pero es mentira. Está totalmente dejado, sucio , casi no sale agua para ducha
Buffet horrible y hotel vacío, la casa de los horrores nos dio menos miedo
El dueño del hotel detrás de los clientes nos sentimos intimidados
Nos despertaron temprano sin pedirlo para ir a un desayuno que no pudimos tomar de malo que estaba todo

感覺是個蠻偏僻的地方，但是這裡的人很純樸，還會很友善的打招呼.飯店走10分鐘，有小小的兩間超市，附近也有一兩家餐廳。飯店有超棒的海景.房間也還蠻乾淨的，小小的蠻整齊的。

After all the reviews I was dreading staying at this hotel on our tour. However, check in was efficient, key card worked, air con worked, room was not large but was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom, however, was tiny. The door opened inwards right against the toilet so you then had to manoeuvre the door past yourself to get to the toilet. Anyone plus sized would need to stand in the shower to do it. Unfortunately first use and the flush broke leaving constantly running water and no cistern fill. Contact with reception resulted in the manager immediately coming to try and fix it and when he couldn't I was moved to another room. Manager and reception could not have been more helpful. New room was at front of hotel with a nice view and much bigger bathroom. Food choice was quite limited but I had a tasty piece of chicken with salad for dinner and my usual egg and cheese and bread for breakfast There is a restaurant just along the road with nice views from the outside terrace and they were happy to welcome us just for drinks after dinner.

Good view but that’s about it
New motel with glaring faults
Tech screws holding hand basin facia on
Plug for fridge hidden behind cabinet and hole saws used to find plug still inoperable because the switch is hidden
Broken marble lint into bathroom, smashed
Aircon unable to be utilised due to auto settings on heating
Coffee cups are paper n very small with no milk
Food was ordinary fare
The list goes on
