The one bedroom apartment is very modern & has all your mod cons for a short stay & made it feel like a home from home for me.
Big comfy bed, clean & tidy, good shower & quiet with a lovely view of the city....เพิ่มเติม
We are going to be staying here for 2 weeks as a 'home from home' and i would like to know what facilities there are in the kitchenette?
Is there a Laundry room on site?
Are there supermarket(s)/shops nearby (easy walking distance?)

The previous answer to your laundry inquiry is correct, however its only true if you go for a full apartment. Studios, do not have a laundry but I believe there is one on site. The kitchenette in a studio is not really meant for any cooking with only a microwave/sink and a small bar fridge. Shopping is not as good close by as one might expect. There is a convenience store in Boundary street as well as Dominos Pizza and there is also a good pub that has a restaurant further along. Also there are some cafes and Asian restaurants (10 minute walk to Boundary Street). I used to go to Fortitude Valley for a supermarket at the end of Boundary street ( cnr Turbot Street) although the city center with all their specialty shops in also within walking distance if your are reasonably fit. Both locations will take less than half an hour to walk.
For two weeks I would go for at least a one bedroom apartment, even if you are travelling solo. Check out the locations I have mentioned on Google maps.
