The room we initially requested through Breakfree (ocean-facing, upper level) was not available as it had apparently been given to someone else. We were put in a "D" unit at the rear of the building that stunk of fish oil and vomit and was generally...เพิ่มเติม
Nice clean, roomy apartment with excellent views allowed for a very relaxing and enjoyable time away. Staff was helpful and co-operative. We had a few requests with elderly mother coming to visit for the day, staff were helpful!
The view from the Apartment was spectacular, All the amenities & point of interest were at convient,reachable distance, the parking and living was safe and secure due to sensored secure security system. The staff was polite and helpful.
I stayed at your hotel on 17th feb 2015, and about 180$ were freezed on my credit card. Instead of unfreezing the amount the staff has debited the amount from the card. Please refund the amount at the earliest.

This is not our hotel we just stayed there. we had $200 that was freezed and it was returned in full within 5 working business day.
You need to contact them to find out why they didn't return your money
My father just booked me a room in your hotel for my husband and I's honeymoon and I was wondering, Like the other question on here, How to request a nice room? Obviously all of your rooms are lovely but I was wanting something really nice as it's my husbands first time in one of my favourite places! Thank you!!
