Good Morning 'teknojunkie',
We do have laundry facilities available for our guests. These are $2 for a wash or dry.

You have given a great report on the accommodation side of things & also mentioned that you have stayed several times before but I would send a report onto the authorities/owners of the hotel or even the Hotel Industry Assoc. re the attitude of the staff because if you don't it doesn't help the owners who are obviously unaware of the treatment you have received. If the Company doesn't know about it, how can they improve on it. Having been in the 5 star Hotel industry for many years I know it is of great importance for our guests to advise us in writing or meet in person before you check out with the Guest Relations/Front Office Mgr of the problems that lurk in the 'corridors' & entry of the Hotel especially the front desk area, after all they are the front line of the Hotel and need to welcome you and give you the best treatment there is for your stay. I once gave a lecture on 'How To Be A Superstar At The Front Desk Of A 5 Star Hotel' to a group of young people who had stars in their eyes of being in Management the first day of work. There must be a problem somewhere. Nail it Keegan so they are aware!
