we stayed here for the final 3 nights of our 2 week trip and i must say we were utterly unimpressed… when we got into the room it immediately smelt of damp and there was visible mould in the bathroom, the bed headboard and other areas, the smell was pretty unbearable and some furniture was broken. after speaking to reception we couldn’t get a refund but they moved us to another room which was better but still not well kept and various cupboards and furniture was in bad condition or broken, the shower wasn’t well cleaned either. it makes me question how well the cleaners actually clean as we found an old ripped jacket in one of the cupboards along with a bag of rubbish. besides all of this the staff are really friendly and i do feel bad as this isn’t in their hands… the pool areas are nice and the pool is clean with a gym and a bar.
The hotel is in need of a serious update. During our stay, the hot water was inconsistent, and the Wi-Fi was very unreliable—both of which were frustrating. We tried the breakfast on the first day, but it was so disappointing that we opted to grab something up the street for the rest of our stay.
The location is decent, but there’s a lot of construction in the area, which creates a lot of noise until around 9:00 PM. If you're planning to get around, you'll definitely need a scooter, as it's not as convenient to walk to nearby attractions.
Until the hotel undergoes some much-needed renovations and the construction in the area settles down, I would recommend staying closer to Laguna for a better experience.

При этом я сам работаю в сфере обслуживания, и никогда не видел настолько не образованный и грубый персонал, это касается работников кухни в первую очередь. Также столкнулись с тем что у моей девушки во время уборки пропал дорогой крем, на рецепшн нам естественно сказали что никто ничего не нашел. При бронировании через букинг нам отказали в предоставлении завтрака на 2 персон изначально, что вообще нонсенс, так как цена от этого не меняется. Никогда и никому не порекомендую этот отель, в первую очередь из-за персонала отеля. Рекомендую руководству отелю к сезону подойти более ответственно к подбору персонала, хотя сложилось впечатление что это люди не то что бы без образования профессионального, сколько просто агрессивно настроены и никак не созданы для работы с клиентами люди.
Overall very much needed improvement. Booked Coco pool suite, good size but generally need a big investment on renovation. Defects everywhere. One of the bathroom light did not work and both doors can't be locked. Only 1 bathrobe was given. Cleanliness needs improvement. Concerned department supervisor/manager should have inspected the room before letting the guest in.
At check-in, no bellman for luggage assistance and direction given to the room was unclear. Breakfast was also not so good.
Oh, and once I checked in for 5 minutes, I was shocked as there was a pool technician came to clean the pool and fix something underground. I guess you know who I am now. Don't blame the heavy thunderstorm, I live in Phuket and I was already in the Laguna area for 2 hours.
The owner and the company managing this property should come to check by themselves too.
