Not our first time staying here, but we will go back as often as possible. This lovely hotel is just a short walk from the lake and restaurants -- many overpriced and very slow -- as well as the main shopping district. But it is...เพิ่มเติม
Friendly people, cute setting and very conveniently located. Rooms are very clean. Plenty of hot water. The owner is very helpful. Breakfast restaurant is very good. The water taxi across the lake is convenient and affordable. Very walk able town with lots of restaurant choices....เพิ่มเติม
I loved everything about this oasis in Pana: the gardens, creative rooms, breakfast, office folks!
Yes, the bathrooms are small, but very nice. The new room are beautiful.
The customer service is the best at any hotel. The maid found a Kindle in a drawer...เพิ่มเติม
A good choice as it's near everything but without the hassle and noise. Our room was a suite with living room, big bathroom of a very good standard, and super comfortable beds (yes, one each) and comfy pillows. Enjoyed the peaceful view out onto the...เพิ่มเติม
The location of this property is very good and the rooms are pleasant, clean and the internet is good for Central American standards. It’s a short walk down the street to the main street and a quick 5 Quetzal Tuk-Tuk ride to the ferry docks....เพิ่มเติม
The place looks very nice. I actually reserved a room.
I have a problem with the dogs.
My wife is not so friendly with dogs. She might be afraid of them. Also me, if they are big.
How big is the problem? Are they unleashed? Do they bark on you? Do they come close to you? Do they make noise at night?
Thanks in advance,

The people at this hotel are very nice. If you would like the dogs put somewhere else, I'm sure they would respect that. I even forgot that they had dogs until you mentioned it. They were no problem for me, but if they were, I'm sure the staff would do whatever they could to make your stay there comfortable. I hope you don't miss a nice place to stay. I do recommend you ask for an upper room with a balcony. I can't remember my room number but the porch was lovely and so was my stay there. The most comfortable bed I had in Guatamala.
Do they take credit cards?

I am guessing that one to Pana is maybe double that price. I usually got from Antigua to Pana. A shuttle from there is usually $7.
Hope this helps?
My favorite place to stay in Pana is Hotel Utz Hay. My favorite restaurant is Guajimbo;s Uruguayan Grill.
