Very nice hotel and unique too. Very clean and tidy, staff is very friendly and helpful and great location! It was only a short walk to Khao San road and there are restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a highlight - very well recommended!

Le lit super confortable la chambre géniale avec la Clim la salle de bain très propre , le service parfait , Léa nourriture vraiment excellente, l’originalité des pièces nous fait voyager, c’est très dépaysant j’ai adoré merci

The small soi gives a headache to our taxi driver who refuses to try Google Map. Once there we are met by rare dedicated staff, if you are a first time visitor you will benefit greatly from the information you can get here. The entrance and lobby are to be considered cluttered and too much of everything in terms of decorations. Once you get to the courtyard and rooms, you are greeted by an elegance and interior from a bygone era. So tasteful and interesting, then include this with all the amenities, quiet rooms, and wonderfully comfortable beds and you have a wonderful base for your stay. The breakfast is served ala carte, plentiful and the occasional surprise. If you like unique hotels, you have an eldorado here.

We have just completed our stay at this hotel and we are happy to report that it was luxury. The location is great as it is close to some restaurants and shops or a 15 minute walk to the main area near Khao San Road. It is easy to access other tourist attractions from the hotel too. The staff are great too and from check in all the way to check out helped us with anything we needed and were very kind. Thank you! The room itself was so unique and interesting and we loved the different theme of each room. It really reminds you that you are staying in Bangkok and not just any other hotel room in the world. The bed was very comfy and grand. The Wi-Fi was very strong too and there is even a library where we could do some work. The breakfast at the Kanin Café was delicious and very generous. We managed to try a cake and cup of tea too which were equally tasty. To say we recommend this hotel is an understatement; if you are looking for somewhere unique to stay then go no further.…

Beautiful hotel and the kindest staff imaginable. Lek bought me a range of back pain medications when she saw I was struggling. Taro took us on the bus and canal boat to ensure we didn’t get lost. So many other kindnesses, too, which we will not forget. The night manager walked us to catch a bus at 4am just to make sure we got there safely! Very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts. We were also given a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for tours. We stayed at the DE Phanakron twice in one trip and can highly recommend.
