We were staying two nights in this hotel and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom sink in our first room had water leakage problem and the have transfer us to another room on forth floor, which is the highest level of the hotel. You can listen to the rain sound as the building material is so poor in this hotel. Our room is next to their private room, where they store all their amenities and cleansing material. You can keep hearing the sound of opening and closing door of their private room in the morning. Not a thing you would like to have while you are in vacation. You only have 4 bottles of free water per day and I was sick, had to drink a lot of water, so request for more. They said extra bottle of water is 200 baht. No I’m room service menu and no bar downstairs. Would not recommend this hotel for sure unless you would like to have a bad travel experience :(…
Lovely staff, lady named Bee is very sweet & helpful. I was offed a great rate with a huge room with a large balcony overlooking the street where the Sunday evening walking market is held. Very nice decor, facilities & beautiful presented & delicious breakfast. Large bathroom with separate shower & bath.

Great location. In the middle of old town and all attractions are walking distances. New cozy hotel. Nice breakfast. Lots of choices, e.g. English breakfast, Thai style, health choice like overnight oats, etc.. Hot coffee come with a biscuit.
My first 2 choices, ie Rachamankha Boutique Hotel and Tamarind Village were full so I was relieved to get the last room available at the newly opened Burirattana close by. For a 3 night stay costing around $1000 USD I figured I could expect similar comfort and service. Mistake #1. The room was a triple which meant an extra (extremely hard) bed and the offer of 3 breakfasts rather than 1. The décor - the ubiquitous grey/black/taupe palette throughout the hotel was continued in the room. Possibly the most soulless hotel room Ive ever stayed in and I travel a lot. No pictures, no flowers, no fruit. Nowhere comfortable to sit. A desk without stationary, hotel information, or local information. eg restaurants There is a breakfast cafe but no Dining Room or Room Service You expect sachets of Nescafe and Coffee Mate in a cheap motel but not in a hotel of this calibre. Some weird dried coconut in a gauze bag was, I think, supposed to be a teabag. I asked for a normal teabag. They didn’t have any and where was the coffee machine? Bathroom toiletries basic and very poor quality. Undersized bath towels - no face towels I went to the pool and asked for a towel. After an hour, no-one had appeared so I left I would have given this place a worse rating had it not been for the staff who were charming and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. The language barrier was a very evident problem Mistake #2 was that I should have cut my losses and moved out. I could not possibly recommend this place.…
My family and I were really satisfied at the hotel and the room design. Since we went there on 1st Feb, there were almost full occupied!! The staff were accommodating and eager to help. It was pity that we only stayed there for 1 night since we made a reservation within 1 week before going there. Will definitely come again!
