I might have a friend join us in Quito and wanted to know if there was a fee to add someone to the room if I already have a reservation? The room description says that it fits up to 4 people and right now we only have 2 people in the room so I know the room has capacity, just wanted to know if there is a fee to add a guest to the reservation? If so how much is it per night?

Yes, it's usually about another $20-$30 to add another person. Especially if it includes breakfast.
Does the hotel have a airport pick up shuttle or one has to take a cab from airport to hotel ? also how much will it cost and can we just take one at the airport when we land in UIO ?

Hi, I plan to check in on Feb15th. I booked a room online through my Chase Reward Points, for a Deluxe suite. Can I make a request to have a room away from the main street and on a higher floor? I am very sensitive to street noise. We are arriving at 11:30pm so we probably can't check in until after midnight.
We do not have your name or reservation number, so we can not check which room is assigned. Upon arrival at the check in, request at the reception of the Hotel, to assign a room on a high floor and silent.
"Rooms on higher floors will have better views, and will likely be quieter."
