Stayed for 3 nights during a tour of USA / Canada. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Our suite was specious & clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Was also in a great position, within walking distance of the Atlantic City boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and if passing through again, we would return.

The stay was a Mother's Day gift to my mom and the promotional department receptionist and marketing manager were rude, ignorant and arrogant. Will NEVER stay here again! My mom was treated so unprofessional.

I love this resort because it is a short walk to Hard Rock Casino and a stones throw away from Resorts as well. The rooms are clean and the staff is professional and efficient when is comes to custumer service.I was upgraded to a delux unit which included a jacuzzie. The only reason I did not give this resort 5 stars is becuse of the elevators that tend to be slow or go out of service unexpectantly. I wish they had a walk in resturant like Atlantic Palace other than the elevators, my stay was great

Monday through Thursday the average wait for a elevator is 5 minutes. Friday through Sunday the average wait is 30 minutes and hope the elevator is not full. The first night I checked in there was a roach crawling around the bathroom sink and I was moved to another room. When the elevators stopped working and I was stuck on the 29th floor I was on my own. The activities on the 6th floor was nice. There was a 4ft deep swimming pool, hot tub, activities center, movie theatre, and complimentary laundry room all you need it bleach and fabric softener the free and clear detergent was complimentary. It is only 1 block from the boardwalk so my advice is read the reviews and book at your own risk.

Not the hotels fault, but we didn't feel safe at all walking around this area at night. If we ever returned to Atlantic City, we would stay at one of the resorts directly on the boardwalk. Now to the hotel, besides the waiting for the elevators, everything was great. Everything was clean, and all the employees were very friendly. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was the timeshare talk we listened to from the lady beside the front desk right after check in. I felt kind of tricked when they said this lady was going to give us some bracelets and other stuff we would need to enjoy the weekend. They even made me go get my wife from outside. The lady was a little pushy. I would advise for anyone to skip this after check in.
