The hotel is lovely however I will never stay here again. When booking i didn't realise I had made a mistake and booked a king size bed instead of 2 singles. I asked when arriving if I could change to 2 single beds and I was told I could change rooms but my payment would not be refunded for the original room, so I kept the original room but asked for an extra blanket ( which never turned up). The following night we went and asked for an extra blanket and was told it would cost 250 thb. I know it's not much but never have I experienced this, especially compared to other Thai resorts/hotels were the service is always impeccable.

I stayed for a week at the hotel. The Signature Airport Hotel is built in a contemporary design and everything in the room I had was newer and modern. I was there on business working at the airport so the location for me was excellent. It is a bit of a distance to the city and once at the hotel there is nothing to walk around and "see". It is isolated. You can ask the hotel in advance and they will have a driver pick you up at airport arrival. All the staff I interacted were very nice and professional. My room was on the pool side with a balcony. Room was nice sized as was the bathroom. It was contemporary, but minimalistic. There was no closet space to unpack suitcase or hang up clothes, nor a desk and chair for working. Amazon cafe is at the front of the hotel. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant almost every night. They have a nice menu and the dishes I had were good. Breakfast is adequate. The pool was closed for whatever reason when I was there and the workout area is very small. I would recommend the Signature if you were staying for a couple nights, airport layover, early flight, etc. However if you are in Hat Yai for a longer period of time I would recommend somewhere in town where there is more to do out your front door.…

This hotel has authentic southern flavor restaurant, Amazone cafe’, near HDY. The hotel itself is just 1km walking distance from airport terminal, or you can use shuttle service from hotel or Song-taew pubic car which run from Mor Aoo to airport by flagging down at the front of the hotel. It’s expensive if your stay just only for catching the early flight or late night flight to/from airport. Hotel rooms are set up in buildingA,B. buiding A rooms on ground floor have pool access , it’s very spacious , also bathroom is very wide. All facilites include fitness, swimming pool, restaurant, cafe”Amazon” so it will be more valued if you have time to use all. Breakfast is included in room price.

a very funky and wonderful design. rooms are clean. staff are friendly internet was good. rooms could use a work desk or something as they were very basic. breakfast sucked. the eggs Benedict came out on soggy brown toast with no hollandaise. but every thing else was great about the stay.
