The property is no doubt a beautiful one but staff is totally untrained and they dont have any idea..literally don't have any idea how to deal with guests and customers. Not courteous enough, snobbish and they make sure to score the lowest mark in hospitality. I had to beg them every day for room cleaning. I asked for a power adapter to charge my phone and it took them 5 hours to come to me and express their inability to provide so. For diner when i went to their restaurant, they said that the chef went out for something and junior chef only know to make noodles and fried rice so i had to order food from Foodpanda. They need to work a lot on customer service and hospitality
We have been there 2 time the resort very luxury the staff very kindly the room very clean Breakfast very nice have many choice for us. We have use free shuttle bust to Patong Beach Very comfortable. I love this resort if we have time we will back again.
