We have booked for the Easter weekend coming up, and I am trying to reach the hotel staff. Anyone know how to contact them? I have sent a message through their website, but no response. Trying to find out what we need to do re getting a visa for Zambia (we are Canadian) and also wanting to let them know our arrival plans.

Have a great trip,
We are thinking of going in February next year. Did anyone experience a lot of rain at that time of the year? Would four nights be too long to stay at the Lodge? Also did anyone go on to Victoria Falls after staying here? If so any recommendations of where to stay for a week and was there anything to do apart from visit the Falls?

Have not been up to Livingstone or Victoria Falls in February -January, February, March and April sees the most rain and also the temperatures are around 30 C and the humidity can be a little uncomfortable. I spent 3 nights at the lodge, which was just perfect although I did not go to the Falls this time, and if you do I suggest that you walk across the bridge as well. The river cruises are most enjoyable, if you are a keen fisherman you could spend a lazy morning/evening hoping to make the big catch....if you are an adreniline junkie, there is always the bungie jumping. Naturally one has to allow a day of doing nothing, laying by the pool, reading and listening to the sounds of the bush.
Are mosquitoes a problem being so close to the river?

In February they were not a problem at all. Can't vouch for the rest of the year.
"All rooms are good. It is a small resort so you will get good service. I think cabin 8 might have the best..."
