first of all we would like to apologize once again for this inconvenience and charging you twice. We have notified you ourselves as soon as we realized our mistake a couple of hours after charging you and we have offered you two options. First one was to pay you back immediately to your account. In this case the money could have been on your account in matter of hours. Second one was to refund the money to your credit card which can be done only by submitting the request to the bank. You decided to take the second option and as agreed we have submited the request to the bank the same day. We have also called the bank several times in order to hurry them up as much as possible. We understand you are upset and have every right to be. We are honestly sorry and will do everything we can to speed up the process with the bank.
