We spent a week here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.
It is one of the four major hotels on Moorea but is definitely the smallest with much more of a boutique feel.
We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and enjoyed the magnificent views out to...เพิ่มเติม
What a beautiful place to holiday. The resort in Papaeete was amazing. The room we had was wonderful. When we went to Moorea the Manava wasn't as good but it was still beautiful. Thank goodness for air-conditioning. My son and I went over to Tahiti...เพิ่มเติม
This is exactly like the brochures. We purchased a package deal 3 nights at this Resort before moving on. Our package had us staying in a Garden Room, however we upgraded to an over water bungalow for 2 of the 3 nights.
Over water Bungalow:...เพิ่มเติม
We had a chance to visit some friends, eat, swim and hang out at this "resort". Very nice and if you have a bungalow over the sea you can "see" but this place built the bungalows across the entire ocean front of the property so...เพิ่มเติม
Perfect. Boutique. Amazing. Fantastic.
We so loved our week at Manava in Moorea. Easy checkin. Easy everything.
The staff are amazing. We loved them all especially Tieva and Ralph at the pool. Those two were particularly helpful to all guests. Front desk great too.
In our room yes there was. You should email hotel to confirm.
Please, could Manava Beach Resort answer: does the Resort provide bottled water in the OverWater Bungalows daily, and if we are two persons, do we get 2 bottles a day or how many bottles each day? Honesly, at least 4 bottles would be nice for two people. Some travelers here say the Resort does supply bottled water, some say it does not. We will be at Manava Resort in May and we'd like to know from the Hotel. Thank you!

Yes they do give large bottles of water to your room every day.

Question: did you find a 3-5% fee charged for using credit card, at the Moorea end by Manava Resort and other Moorea hotels, restaurants, tour operators? Our room is pre-paid, and Manava Resort says we can pay any further on-site charges by credit card -- but even tho our Citi/Chase US Visa cards don't charge a fee for overseas purchases, we wonder how much the Resort and other vendors will charge extra at the Moorea end for using a credit card, versus paying in cash? Trying to figure out how much to pay by credit card and how much cash to bring...

Wish I could answer the resort charges question, but we used a no-foreign transaction fees card, and I didn't notice any extra charges. For so many reasons, it's prudent to make large purchases with cc, rather than cash. If you pre-paid you get the going exchange rate at the time of booking, which fluctuates as much as your 3-5% concern. No concerns about U.S> dollars on Moorea, but maybe about $200 in XPF, just in case you are by a roadside stand.
