Thanks to Google map en a sane driver I was able to locate it. The ambience was ok en as a lover of art I got to see lots of carvings and crafts around.

Hi i would like to call attention to the fact that my sister had an unpleasant BIRTHDAY dinner at the @hotelbonvoyage restaurant where we were swindled and treated shoddily yesterday Nov 4th 2016. I called the restaurant last week to book a table. Called about 3 times, the final call being same afternoon to Chika at the front desk who called me back to confirm the reservation and that I was allowed to come in with a birthday cake. I got into the restaurant and didn't see the calamari and jumbo prawns I had earlier seen online. I made this observation to the chef. Also most of the serving points were empty. The starters were gone apart from peppersoup. I spoke with Harrison the waiter assigned to us and he promised the dishes would be replenished. We started eating expecting that we would get some more but the chef came out and said no one told him that people were coming for a birthday otherwise if he got that order form he would have prepared specially. He went to the front desk to confirm that I had indeed called. He apologised and told us that he's sorry they were actually winding down and sent some pieces of chicken along with some seafood pasta which was just macaroni with a few shrimp in it. I asked Harrison the waiter to allow me speak with a manager. He kept stalling from 8.30pm that I made the request to 10pm that we left saying that no Manager or Auditor was 'on seat'. Bolanle at the front desk called a Mr. DAN her supervisor to explain everything but he still maintained that we must still pay the full cost of 4500/head despite the fact that we did not have the full buffet. We angrily paid and left

Eric service is worst and no trainings careless and casual attitude and a hoard of untrained staff no menus and bad service won't re moment even for free
