An example of a hotel that really goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. The rooms and general hotel decor is excellent: modern, high quality and aesthetically appealing. The breakfast is enormous (though a few more vegetarian hot dishes would be appreciated - it's a bit meat heavy) and pool/fitness facilities are impressive. The thing that really impressed us was the willingness of the front desk staff to help us make some arrangements for later in our travels (we needed THai speakers to make a couple of calls for us, and they were more than happy to help), and even the parking attendant in the hotel's parking area was so courteous and helpful whenever we drove in our out of the hotel area. For a small and relatively out-of-the-way place, Mae Sot is lucky to have such an excellent hotel - and it's highly recommended!
Excellent facility in middle of Mae Sot, Thailand. An “A” for all services with easy check in process. Rooms are sufficiently provisioned with standard amenities and clean. Good central pool vie for all rooms yet with privacy facade. Food is great spread
A very nice new hotel, with a very warm welcome from the excellent staff, nice rooms, and a good breakfast. The swimming pool is good and the hotel is immaculate with good parking. Not a lot to do in the town but ideal for a place to make the base for touring
The hotel is clean and rooms are big. House keeping is good and front desk staffs are ok. The breakfast is good. The aircon is not so noisy like other hotels that I had experienced. The bed is really big and they give two pillows(one soft and one hard) which is good for people like me who are picky about pillows. There are many mini marts and 7-11 nearby so it’s quite convenient. The restaurant is a bit pricey but food are nice. German style pork knuckle and grilled river prawns are good. The gym is quite decent. Overall this hotel made us worth the stay and enjoyable. Would still again there if we go there in the future
A more than expected hotel in Mae Sot. The hotel is very new and nicely decorated. Wooden furnitures. Clean room and clean bed sheet. Comfortable bed. Clean toilet with a shower. No bath tub.
A swimming pool looks nice but we haven’t tried. A gym on the second floor.
A suite room is big with 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 bed room and 1 living room. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The location is also good in a middle of downtown. There is one nice restaurant at the front.
Breakfast is a buffet. Very local but good enough.
