Direi forse uno dei migliori hotel in tutto il mio girovagare in Asia. Camera grande, con tutto il necessario (bollitore, frigorifero, phon, acqua e caffe). La mia sembrava una piccola suite, con tutte finestre, da dove si vedeva l'orrizonte. Il bagno è bellissimo. con una doccia a pioggia. Inutile dire che il tutto era super pulito (le ragazze delle pulizie facevano ogni giorno un lavoro eccellente). Tutto il personale era molto disponibile, e molto cortese. Specialmente le ragazze della reception. Forse unica pecca: interruttori luce solo vicino al letto e da una parte sola per accendere il tutto, e forse il guardaroba che diciamo non c'era (appendini sulla mensola a muro.
Disappointing! A/C not working as it should. For toasting my own whole wheat bread, 30 Baht was charged! No wardrobes in the room. Only 1 chair to sit down. Fitness room not available. Bowl in porcelain from hotel not allowed to bring to the room. Only plastic bowl. No knife to cut my fruit could be provided.

It is a clean hotel and room however the service is not up to the same standards. The attitude of the owner/manageress seems to be being reflected by the staff. An example, when checking out I informed the receptionist that my taxi would not be here for a couple of hour so would it be possible for me to leave my bag there for a while so I could go and by some things. Short sharp reply, “ NO”.
This hotel is new, and has clean facilities, but, as per other reviewers, the management and reception (particularly for non-thais) is horrific. I had the same problem as others when I asked for a second keycard. They refused unless I paid an exorbitant fee, in addition to the massive damage deposit they require, and the additional first keycard deposit they require. The staff stopped assisting me several times to assist thai guests, making every interaction 4 to 5 times longer than necessary. This felt discriminatory and rude. When I asked to speak with management about several issues, I was told they were either not there or that they were not available--staff refused to call them on the phone ir give me a phone number to call. I gave my mobile number and was never called. I was scheduled to stay for 10 nights, but left after one. This place sucks and there are better options around the corner. My advice, stay away! Additionally--room beds are rock hard, water in showers is not hot, and the glasses in the room are literally the size of a double shot glass. Ridiculous.
My experience at the Glow Rattana Place Hotel was both good and bad. I stayed for 2 x nights in April 2021.
The good included clean, spacious rooms with decent Wi-Fi and lots of light, although they dont have any storage space for clothes (no wardrobes etc.).
The bad included the need to provide a Damage Deposit of approx. 80% of the room rate (to guard against damage) and to the need pay a sizeable fee for a second Key Card (I refused to do this).
Worst of all (for me) was the attitude of the Manageress who's approach consisted of "if you dont like it leave". This response coming after a simple request/discussion regarding the necessity to pay for a second Key Card - appalling attitude that was totally unwarranted..
All in all, if you stay clear of the Manageress, don't mind paying a Damage Deposit and don't need a second Key Card, then its a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay.
